Horrible, disgusting service 🤢 you do not want tp order from this place, they want extra money for delivery even if I’ve paid online for the whole service. The people are rude, I’ve wonder how places like this are still open. Don’t recommend at all. I hope I am going to have my money back. Shame on you guys.

Nice food at a reasonable price. Good sized servings and really friendly staff.

Ā·

Absolutely shocking phone service and rude lady shouting, needs to learn people skills. Especially when your just trying to sort the order out. Stay clear

Ā·

Very rude staff and food tastes like a microwave meal

Avoid at all costsAbsolutely disgusting customer service, after being rang to be told that the delivery driver was refusing to deliver because we were to far away and I hadn't paid the correct delivery fee even though I paid what was asked for on the app, I had the rudest woman rant at me, tell me to shut up and refuse to deliver my order or even speak about my refund.Extremely poor customer service

I attended a family meal… culinary dining experience this was not… the booking was made by managing to ā€˜squeeze us in’ we were the only ones there all night! A table was set up to celebrate someone’s birthday, they never came … I don’t know if that’s permanently set up like that to save time or whether they’d made a lucky escape. You will need to pay by cash. There are no signs to say this, they do not tell you when you are there until the bill comes at the end.We played Russian roulette with the hygiene of this place at the table… and the state of the toilets were akin to that scene in Trainspotting…and finally the food. My wife and I shared a starter… they gave us one king prawn on a bed of salad to share between us, i didn’t realise rationing was back in force. My curry turned up on a hot slate… I had to use my napkins to ensure it didn’t crawl away, the meat was very chewy so I doubt it was slow cooked as it was meant to be and looked like a previous customers dirty protest… my only hope is that it doesn’t come out looking like it went in but given the hygiene ratings of this place I don’t hold out much hope.To summarise … if you fancy an Indian and a culinary dining experience… go elsewhere! If you want to experience something akin to Ramsey kitchen nightmares, then this place could be for you.

The whole restaurant needs a deep clean, especially the toilets, absolutely disgusting never seen a drop of bleach. The staff are friendly to start with but when you come to pay they don't tell you, you have to pay cash. Be prepared to pay cash as they won't tell you this when you walk in.

Food was nice but the service was awful. Ordered for collection but had to wait ages for it. Got home to find several items missing. Won't be using again.

Terrible service, ordered a delivery and they missed the curry sauce that accompanied the biryani, telephoned to inform them, the only answer was" i will give you something free next time" even though it was there fault and ruined the meal. I asked for the missing item to be delivered and was told it would be over an hour wait and not a single apology .Certainly won't use them again

First time we have ordered a delivered family meal from this restaurant and without doubt will be the last.Just over 3 hours, yes 3 hours to get the food and when it arrived it was just warm and average in quality.Numerous phone calls to the restaurant whilst waiting asking were our food was but only got its on its way we are sorry, not good enough and for us will not use again.Sorry Mumbai Blues you failed big time for us.
