New Diamond in North East Lincolnshire

Very prompt and courteous service.Unfortunately the food did not deliver on taste, quality of ingredients, although portion size was generous.Faux chicken is just not the way forward, nor is tough cuts of beef.Even the chips would have been dry, if it wasn't for the curry sauce.Pics of what went in the bin.Very disappointing!!!!!!!

Best Chinese in the area bar none. Girls on counter always very friendly and food is absolutely spot on, cannot do it justice on a review. Probably ordered around 15/20 times from here and not been a single error/complaint for any order

Fantastic food and first class service

Gone completely downhill.Recently I was served some very dodgy tasting prawn dishes and took our uneaten food back to complain.Manager and staff were very rude and gave me the full Spanish Inquisition.Eventually dumped replacement meals on the counter without explanation or apology.Second meals were pretty dreadful too.Last time I will ever go there (and it is literally 5 mins walk from my house).Avoid!!

Used to think new Dimond was one of the best chinese takeaways in the area, oh how there standards have slipped has there been a change of chiefs? Ordered special fryed rice, and gone are the nice juciy large chunks of chicken replaced by cheep shredded chicken, gone are the nicely marrinaded slices of beef and in with small cut up pieces of about a quarter of the amount, gone is the nice pork replaced by luncheon meat, and I've never in my life had pwans that taste so stale and feel like rubber.Whats happened to you new Dimond you used to lead to way with quality, now it just seems like your making the food for the least possible cost, in turn sacrificing quality.
