We ordered on the hottest day of the year which was probably a mistake, the food arrived a good 2.5 hours after we ordered despite foodhub giving a delivery time of 50 minutes. When it arrived the food was absolutely fine, nice and hot and standard kebab shop fare. The chips were missing from the order and when we tried to ring through it was constantly engaged, I'm fairly sure they'd taken the phone off the hook. Called the next night and a very nice young man apologised and then sent out two large portions of chips which arrived really quickly, even though we'd only ordered one. The excellent customer service really saved the day for this review, the man I spoke to was polite, pleasant, courteous and very apologetic. He explained that they'd accidentally taken more orders than they could cope with the day before and done their very best to fulfil them all, but that was what had caused the delay. I'd order from Pizza Uno again despite the long wait.

Normally its great and never had an issue but you order one thing somehow they give you the complete opposite and then make you feel like a tw*t for going back in and they act like it's your mistake. Got new staff that have no idea what they are doing, not even trained in customer service. They get paid to take food orders and still mess up so I don't understand why they are paid for it, to make matters worse not as if they were busy. However When they get orders right the food is cheap and cheerful and would recommend but not worth the hassle of 2 trips or twicethe waiting time.

Staff are rude and incapable of delivering any kind of decent level of service. If you want takeaway food, choose somewhere else that will treat you with respect and deliver food within a reasonable time frame.

If only I could rate this place 0 stars. My boyfriend and I came up for a weekend to see family in Immingham and decided on Friday evening to grab a kebab from here which used to be considered a good kebab house a few years ago. We ordered online and went to collect but had to wait for a further 30 minutes after it was apparently “ready to collect”. The workers in there used no gloves and no hair nets. If I am honest, it looked filthy and alarm bells should have been ringing then. We were pretty hungry so once it had finally been made we took it home to eat. Shortly after we had tummy ache and then in the night started being violently sick and had diarrhoea. We ended up going to hospital after calling 111 because we couldn’t keep any liquid down whatsoever and had passed out from dehydration. We had to stay in hospital and then travel home at the end of the weekend. Just please do not eat here, they are evidentially not washing their hands and are cross contaminating. I think it used to be good a couple of years ago but the women in charge seems to of left. Just avoid like the plague!

Ordered one for the first time tonight.although the quality of food was good, there are a couple of things that let it down.i ordered via foodhub two Donner burgers meals, one for me,one for my brother.both without salad.mine came with salad, which didn't taste the freshest.also there was about 10 chips with the meal.basically it was Donner meat in a bun,no burger in sight and paid full price, expecting a burger with it.secondly the food arrived after about 2 hours and I only live about 2 miles away from shop.overall slightly dissapointed but not bad if you're hungry I guess.

Slightly less than average takeaway. Okay in a pinch, but nothing special at all.

Good service for late evening pizza craving!Had a lovely spicy beef pizza, which had a wonderful kick to the taste buds! Lovely base and easy to enjoy on the way home!

Stood waiting 30 mins for food and listening to customers and female staff using a lot of bad language to each other. Now wished I'd read the reviews first would of used other kebab shop, what happened to pizza uno it used to be a great place.

We ordered 2 pasta dishes, a garlic bread and 2 samosas. Ordered at 6.30pm and after calling at 7.45pm was told it was very busy and that the delivery driver has just left to deliver it for us 'fresh'. We live 2 miles away, yet didn't receive the food until 8.30pmMy spaghetti bolognese was still frozen in the middle and the spaghetti itself was sour and had a strange off smell. My partners chicken pasta also tasted sour. He ordered 2 samosas and only received one, which was about the size of the base of an average mug, and they were £1 each!We shared a garlic bread, which was not burned however it was rock hard, like it was warmed up stale bread.New to the area but will not be returning to this food joint.

I have to change my original review having been there last Friday, ordering by telephone for collection, we gave them 30 mins. When we arrived itwas a further 45 minute wait.Once we finally got out of the place and home, we discovered wewere two pizza's short of the order, my friend returned to collect and had to wait a further 20 minutes as they had given them to another customer.Good food let down by twrrible service.
