Taco Bell in North East Lincolnshire

Sad to say that I'm giving three stars. Staff were friendly and food came out quick enough. The experience of the food was good. What let the place down was the cleanliness. Especially as they were just opening and we were first customers. Floor, table and windows were unclean.Sorry someone needs to get this sorted, easy to blame staff there but this is a management issue.

Disgusting food, all cold, hardly any cheese sauce, all squished together with no care in the world.They don't even know how to make there own recipes properly like putting tomatoes in a quesadilla??Missing items no nachos.Disgusting all round I don't know why I order this food.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Service was ok. Food was decent at best. However, even though the place was very quiet it was dirty inside, with food pieces on some tables and floor.

Staff are all children and act below the age of 10, must also be high because multiple times i have to go back to tell them they have made my food completely wrong, either that or they're trying to steal it themselves. Also feel very awkward having to stand and wait for the staff to stop flirting with each other before i can order which is also why my food is normally sent out incorrectly. Needs a supervisor there it's cringey and embarrassing.

Not worth the £25 for a delivery for 2 people 🤷‍♂️ everything we ordered was cold, and pretty much everything apart from the churos could have been made at home... Drinks order was wrong as didn't have what we ordered. Customer service is polite enough and can't blame them, but as business absolutely unacceptable.

Callum served me with a warm and inviting presence I was unsure what to get as I’ve never been here before however he talked me through the menu and recommended a taco which I really enjoyed I will definitely be back for more thanks to the amazing food and great service!

Waited fifteen minutes at the window to not get served. Parked up, walked inside to find two females arguing over who would have the headset blatantly ignoring the customers waiting. Manager stood by doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant was filthy and the staff disengaged. The food was just as bad too. Never again.

Have issues every time we go. Fries are always basically cold and barely seasoned. We usually order the volcano burrito and nine times out of ten it is extremely dry with tonnes of rice and no volcano sauce. Recently, they labelled the vegetarian burrito as the meat ones and vice versa but luckily we had noticed before the the wrong burrito was eaten. Other TB's are are miles better.

Filthy, staff don't seem to care, not COVID safe at all. Entered and there was one other table in the whole place. About ten empty ones, and all were filthy. Asked if it would be possible for someone to wipe the table, and a member of staff came over after about five minutes, sprayed a 5p size bit of spray and wiped half of the table a couple of times. Didn't bother doing any of the rest of them whilst she was literally stood there with the spray!Took my children to use the toilet, it wasn't particularly clean. No soap. Thought we would use hand sanitizer as a second best. No hand sanitizer. Wow, there was me thinking we were in the middle of a pandemic. Dirty toilet, dirty table, dirty hands. If you have any concern about COVID or just standard everyday cleanliness, I would not touch this place with a bargepole.Next, drinks! Great, only half were empty/only water. Only diet coke available. Had to ask twice for the blackcurrant to be refilled, and it eventually was.The food was ok when it arrived, but it's a shame the staff just do not seem to care. We cleaned our own table when we left, as best as we could with napkins, since we didn't expect it would get cleaned after, but again, with COVID this place should be at the very least giving each table a basic clean in-between customers!!

Workers are stealing the ingredients, you don't get what you pay for, they put much less ingredients in the portions, DON'T BUY FROM THEM OR YOU'LL BE DECEIVED LIKE MEAfter waiting 30 minutes(3clients ahead of me) I paid £10 for 3 tacos and 3 chorritos for my kids.The tacos barely had 1 teaspoon of meat on the bottom, my kids cried hungry after eating them they are to small even for kidsFor 3 portions of chorritos I got 2 barely soiled pots with caramel sauce, I said it's not enough and the manager charged me twice for 4 more pots. went home to eat and weighted them. they were 7 grams each instead of 28 grams.Total disapointment. You don't get what you pay for and they ignore you if you're not satisfied. Very very rude, total waste of time and money
