Went in here this afternoon (29-01-22), food was good but I can't honestly say the two girls serving were so polite and helpful, very pleasant, and even came over to ask how our food was, sort of service youd expect in a restaurant, a smile and friendly service goes a long way with me

Awful argumentative manager who did not follow hygiene rules at all... touched cash and tables and food with no stop to sanitize at all.

Just had an All Day breakfast at the Grimsby store,it was absolutely disgusting .Took it back Twice because 3 of the components were cold.Then it came back the 3rd time and it was still cold.Why isn't the food probed and kept hot.Will never eat here again.!!!
