They do really good breakfasts.

Just been today and had a roast beef dinner and my partner had a all day breakfast. Both meals were perfect . Thank you we will definitely be back.

First order fillings missing from bun, third order delivered to incorrect address. Food is good but incorrect orders and delivery to wrong address is reflected in this rating.

Usually had no problem but 1 order we didn't get an the other they mixed up but when you do get your order it is nice

Fantastic Food and Service. My Sister, Brother and I decided to treat our parents to a full weekend of mobile catering delivery from the arc at their home as a treat for their Golden Anniversary. We can not thank Barney and Sally enough for looking after parents and providing such a magical experience. Our parents thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes provided and have been overwhelmed by the hospitality given. Thank you so much. We highly recommend the arc for any future catering needs. 👍👍👍👍

Not very good at all waited 30 mins for food, then when it came out my lasagne was burnt to a crisp, overly priced for what it is, not worth it

After many trials of local cafes in the town me and my family were tired of less than average quality of the food we were getting from others. My first visit to the arc cafe put an end to that and we have never been to another cafe since. Fantastic food, simply great food always cooked to perfection, fast delivery and never a problem. Very professional staff always happy both in the cafe itself and over the phone. Cannot reccomend highly enough to anybody considering using the arc not to delay, you wont be disappointed. They cater for larger events to and when I prepare for my own wedding plans, the arc will definitly be top of my list for the catering.

Had a breakfast from here today. Possibly one of the worst full english brekkys I've had in a while. For the price of it by the time you've bought a cuppa separately it's a total rip. I checked the reviews before I ate here and noticed someone say it's cheap and salty. Well I thought they were being OTT but believe me.. Take your dollar somewhere else, there plenty about

Received food over 2 hours after ordering. I work nights driving to London and then all over the uk. I ended up getting 2 hours sleep before returning to work due to waiting for order. Called the cafe and excuse was poor and no real apologies, not even a complimentary can of coke. I've put in a complaint and have asked for a refund with just eat. Won't be ordering from here again. The food wasn't even nice and order was wrong. Lasagna was dry no sauce just mince meat. Steak bagette... well you can see for yourself, cold, dry and very dry bread. Called again to say not happy and got another excuse instead of a simple apology. Manners cost nothing and the girl I spoke to could do with a lesson in how to accept constructive criticism. It seems I'm not the only person to have these thoughts either as many reviews are saying the same. Delivery driver was the only person who actually said sorry and said he would relay my complaint. Maybe he should be credited for his work.
