What a wonderful little find. Staff are amazing and my room was great - 40 minutes in the jacuzzi bath!!!

Room clean, small but fine for us as it was just a base. Location excellent, almost on the promenade. Tea and coffee making facilities and sky tv in room.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel …Staff really don’t seem to care … checked in and as I approached my room the stench of someone smoking weed was overwhelming .. dirty room … bathroom should have been condemned … asked for a refund and reluctantly they did it … no apology or any acknowledgment of the issues …DO NOT stay here … plenty of other local places that are clean and glad of your custom… the weed did it for me …

Rooms a little dated but clean and comfy beds. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was OK but tea/coffee were not hot. Forgot phone charger in room but went back next day and they had put it aside. Would definitely stay again x

I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to visit Cleethorpes! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and for a small £25 charge, they accept dogs. Had a fantastic experience there this week and we hope to stay again next year!

Front of house staff were really friendly and helpful including those who served breakfast. the communal areas were really inviting and looked really up market and clean. They had lots of beautiful chintz for sale. The breakfast was really good with quality ingredients, really good value for money. The reason I knocked a point off was the cleanliness... yes the breakfast room and the bar and entrance hall was exceptionally clean, the room wasn't. The room also could do with an update as the furniture was really tired but to be honest in this climate I'm sure decor is the last thing on there minds, they're probably just trying to survive at the moment.

Stayed here a few times over the years,it could do with a bit if a make over it's looking abit tired. Also I've never noticed before so maybe this is new but dogs are allowed to stay. If I'd known this prior to booking I would have looked else where as my partner is allergic and spent most of his stay sneezing. Location great and breakfast reasonable,staff very friendly and helpful.
