The Pig & Whistle Pub in North East Lincolnshire

So. Sunday lunch, food was really good. Chicken roast dinner and a salmon super food salad! The real stars of the place were the staff. All young kids but I can't believe how cheerful, helpful, amiable smiley they all were. Well done their parents!

Lovely meal with the outlaws, no distractions I.e music as they are slightly deaf . A good place.

Just got back from the pig and whistle at Healing Manor food was beautiful staff and service was fab deffinetly be going back. All in all a lovely evening well worth the visit 👌

Nice food, poor service.My family and I went to The Pig And Whistle for Sunday lunch recently. The food was very good, however the service was less than optimal. Despite the restaurant not being full at the time we arrived, the staff were particularly slow to bring us menus and were subsequently very slow to take our drinks orders. Then our starters, despite all being the same menu item, arrived 15 minutes apart, resulting in 2 out of the 3 of us eating ours almost cold as we waited for the 3rd to come out. The staff weren't particularly apologetic about this and showed little attentiveness for the rest of the meal.Some friends have also fed back similar comments on separate occasions.All in all, a shame when it was nice food in a lovely setting.

Visited here on the afternoon of Saturday 22nd.The food here was excellent and would highly recommend the 'Celeriac Risotto with goats cheese, walnuts and truffle oil.The service to the point where my food was presented was very good. However, after that I felt abandoned.Nobody checked on how the food was and they didn't clear my plate at the end or ask if I wanted a dessert (despite taking orders at the few other tables). Grew tired of waiting and so walked up to the bar to pay and then left.I would only recommend for the food and not the service.

Absolutely recommend coming here! The salad with chicken is gorgeous, filling, and healthy! Don’t be afraid cause it’s “salad”, this will fill you up with the right stuff. Their cocktails are great, I got a Campari Spritz. Nice and wonderful staff and wonderful environment.

5⭐ would definitely recommend pig and whistle restaurant. Food was amazing, staff where very pleasant and helpful. Had to take a photo of my dessert as it was nearly too beautiful too eat! I had passion fruit Eton mess after sirloin steak!!

We had a lovely Christmas afternoon tea delivery this weekend and it was so delicious, from the sandwiches to the scones. We loved every piece! It was also delivered slightly earlier than we had been able to pick (due to demand) so even better. Highly recommended!

We loved dinner here. They were kind enough to seat us without having a reservation and we had such a good meal.
