Chips are spot on, consistent, and the fish is top notch, fresh, and very flavourful

The chips are always well fried and the scraps are crunchy not soggy. Mushy peas are tasty too. Very friendly.

Just moved back to the area and found the best chippy in the town.All freshly cooked. I can see this as a weekly treat ,prices comparable to anywhere. Staff friendly and polite.

I went today to this chippy, I ordered sausage chips and gravy.The chips were awful, the sausage wa so greesey and the scraps were horrendous!After I'd eaten it, wasn't pleasant when I got home and was sick about 10 times! Still feeling it now! I can believe how horrible it is!Really will not be going again 🤢

Had a platter to share today. Piping hot. The fishcakes were to die for. Excellent and good value for money. Keith was very friendly and went the extra mile x

Absolutely awful!!!! The fryers were obviously not cleaned in a week or more, the fish was almost black, but soggy. The mushy peas were watery and the scraps were black. Fishcakes obviously not seen a fish in their life! The chips werent too bad though.
