Absolutely lovely, beautiful tasting food couldn't complain. Waitress provided above and beyond for the kids and was a really nice day out. The fish and chips was delightful

Just enjoyed a meal here with a group of friends. Good food and pleasant staff.

Myself and my family try a different restaurant each week for Sunday Lunch. We have been doing this for a few year now so we have tried and tested many places. Each week we discuss the meal and give it a score. After our visit last week, every member of my family gave The Tilted Barrel the highest score off all the places we have eaten. The food was outstanding, the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was lovely and comfortable. We will definitely be returning.Very highly recommended

It was my birthday when we went to this place expecting great things, but the meal was terrible. I had beef with a rich sauce, but the sauce was far to thick you could not see what you was eating. The vegetables were only half cooked, the carrot tops were still on. Shocking !

Moved into the area a while ago. Excellent food, staff very friendly. Well worth the 5 stars. Definitely recommend to my friends

Very disappointed was out for our Christmas party .so was others but the noise was so bad could not even hear ourselves talk. And the food well was far from good we have been for our Christmas party there before abs was lovely that's why we all decided to go back. Sorry to say we certainly will not be returning we left early

Went for a meal, unable to eat vegetables (couldn't even cut the carrots) I know it's Christmas but a large group came in who were very loud and let's just say more than tipsy. We left along with our friends as it wasn't a enjoyable evening at all.

The food was alright, however the service was shocking, it was a Saturday night and the place was full, there were only two members of staff on. I sat waiting for the dessert board and it never arrived! I decided to get the bill and go, won't be rushing back.

Lovely meal and very nice sweets, very nicely priced, staff couldn't help you enough. Will be back before my holiday is over.

Can’t wait for this place to re-open, missing a pint in the bar after our walks and the great food in Russell’s. We’ve ate here on numerous occasions and never had a bad meal so would definitely recommend...friendly and knowledgable staff too. Roll on lifting restrictions and getting some normality back.
