Weng Kee Chinese Takeaway in North East Lincolnshire

1st time ordering tonight and was absolutely lovely wouldn't rate the chips but everything else was spot on would recommend the appertiser box

Really lovely food, first time I have been since new ownership took over a while a while ago and will go back again food really hot.

used plaster in the bag of food when called for a complaint they didnt understand what i was saying and when i asked to speak to someone else they refused

Had a takeaway from here 2 Times now both times food was excellent and delivered before the stated time wouldn't think of using another Chinese now

Wow haven't had a Chinese from there for a while but had one 2 nights in a row and it tasted amazing both times. The best Chinese we have ever had!

I use to love using these but they have massively gone down hill. The chow mein tastes like a dried up tea bag. The chicken balls are always pink. Chips are raw and not fresh. The curry sauce is like a big clump of jelly and extremely spicy. The sweet n sour sauce is extremely spicy too now.

Weng Kee Chinese in Grimsby thinks that pink chicken is "cooked" and fine to eat!Went back and got a 2nd batch, raw again!Spoke to Just Eat who I ordered through and they said to not order from there again!Went and asked for a refund, had to argue for it.Disgusting and won't be ordering from there again!

Terrible service....missed out an item from my order and i also asked for very very mild curry. It arrived,tasted it and cudnt eat as was extremly hot. Chips were just grease. Squashed 1 and just grease came out. Was disgusting. Ive had to have a sandwich as cudnt eat a thing. Would never order from these again and wouldnt reccomend them

Avoid this Terrible service. Would not honour order even though I paid. I ordered on Wednesday as they have an offer online and In house for Monday and Wednesday 4for £10 . So I placed my order online and picked 4items off the selected list for 4 for £10 and paid online. I sat back and relaxed and waited.after some time I rang wen kee to query and it was only then they decided to tell me that I would not receive my order and a refund would be issued via the website not though them. They said I could have the order if I ordered over the phone and PAID AGAIN at the door. I can not believe they wanted me to pay twice. What a joke ! I didn't have cash On me that s why I paid online. And the refund I will have to chase up via website. Not the straight forward transaction I was hoping for. And also if I hadn't rang them would I ever have found out they wasn't bringing it They advertised this offer and they should fulfill it. And sort out problem with website them self. Especially as they would fulfil it if I paid twice and waited for refund. Terrible and unhelpful. Very disappointed. Had to put a star to be printed Not worthy
