Nice and friendly staff, good beer

Not changed since the last time I was here - which was several years ago. Plenty of polished metal and glass, in what is presumably an older building. Willy's Original is still very good value and a decent beer as well. Joined by two diverse guest beers, plus all the usual drinks you might expect.

Absolutely great atmosphere and partner really enjoyed the local bitter very much, said it's the first bitter he's felt comfortable drinking in a long time.

This place used to be great but gone seriously downhill. Took nearly an hour for a meal to arrive on a fairly quiet Tuesday evening. Bar staff admitted losing the ticket to give to the kitchen. No apology from bar staff, just a rude shrug. Poor service and attitude. Badly mismanaged. Hope it improves. Bring back the good times and better bar staff.

Great atmosphere and amazing range of beers as well as lots of choice for alcohol free and soft drinks. Brilliant home cooked food is also available!

Lovely, friendly place. Fantastic staff. We visit frequently. Had a fabulous Sunday lunch. Really nicely cooked meats, fresh veg and an array of other 'stuff'. First class. Pity we missed the lamb, again! Please chef, could you cook more lamb?

Nice enough place on the sea front about 10 mintes walk from the train station. One of their own beers on tap and 2 guest beers. Some ciders on tap too. Some bottled beers. Worth a visit for the view. They have free wifi. The password is on the wall.
