Beefeater Grill in North Lincolnshire

While the food was very tasty, the portion size was way too small (smothered chicken melt) for the price charged. The service was friendly and attentive but the food took a long time to arrive, while I appreciate the restaurant was busy, it would have been nice to have had some sort of warning about the wait for food. There are far better options nearby for me to consider going again in the foreseeable future!

We chose to book a table sat night 6pm unfortunately at that time the place was very full and very hectic service was rushed (Which we understood) but this effected quality of the meal's I had the burger Which was burnt one side and overhaul the meal wasn't up to there usual standard! the wife ordered a latte but was only warm..asked two waiter's until a fresh hot one was brought.although the waiter/waitresses did a good job we will return there but not on a weekend at that time..

Came tonight with my friend for a few drinks and food. Food was beautifully cooked, arrived in sufficient time, compliments to the chef/s and the service from Allison & James was second to none! Well done Anchor for employing these two brilliant individuals. Nothing was to much hassle and I would pop in anytime for their flawless service! Will definitely be returning soon!

Went last night for a 50th birthday party. Went to get a drink and it went down hill from there. Asked for 3 different drinks to be told sorry we haven't got that on each one of them. Ended up with a drink I didn't really want. Food came, yes it was OK but a member of our party asked for an extra piece of steak, it was no bigger than a large button. Complained and said they could do another piece but that would mean another wait. No toilet paper in the ladies toilets, again told a member of staff who said she would sort it but didn't see anybody going to refill it. Come to cutting the birthday cake and although they gave us plates to put it on, no forks or spoons were given to eat it with. We all ended up eating it with our fingers. Sorry but we won't be eating there again.

Got reminded tonight why we haven't been here for some time. Service, whilst polite, was extremely slow. Starter was pretty much tasteless. Some of our party were very happy with their food. Others not so. Could have done to be warmer. Coleslaw was tasteless. Allegedly warn dessert was cold and again very slow to arrive. In fact we were only offered the dessert menu after having to ask for it. Overall not the worst meal out ever but very disappointing especially as it was a birthday get together. Over priced fir that quality of food and service.

Excellent value 2c and 3c menus. Pleasant time spent here sharing lunchtime meet up with friends. Food was well generally presented... However steak was chewy, had to leave some, which was not the case when previous eaten here.

Staff very pleasant and friendly service a little slow 4 out of 6 meals very nice one ok one sirloin steak poor (stringy). Would have been expensive if not for 50% voucher.

Visited tonight. My gammon and peas were stone cold (my partner had chicken and his meal with Coleslaw was fine though) and the only thing warm was the chips. A lady wearing a dress, I assume the manager, did take my meal off our bill and apologised that we did not have a check back. Unfortunately won't return

Nice food, well presented. Reasonable menu. Very busy which always shows how, good an establishment it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely worst fillet steak I've ever had, I couldn't eat over 60 percent, totally full off fat, the steak came with 5mm of over cooked carbon on the top. I complained and all they knocked off was £4.75, to top it all we got charged for sweets we didn't have so had to get that refunded.
