Costa Coffee in North Lincolnshire

Over priced. Door didnt opened which wasn't good for a disabled customer sat outside trying to get in. However, there was a nice male who works there.

Ran out of salted caramel syrup for any of the hot drinks we wanted ..turns out others couldn't be made because of that either; like the salted caramel promotion option at the time for instance....why wouldn't you just order extra syrup if your promoting drinks that use the same syrup obvioisly your going to be using more of it.... unprofessional that a brand as established as Costa ran out of something so easy to attain ..all other signature drinks were coolers and frappes or just werent appealing. Not interested.... Not much speciality choices for hot drinks to give the consumers something a bit different...they were just your bog standard coffee options available aside from that...I personally prefer Starbucks customer service and will not change my mind anytime soon.We ended up getting drinks from maccies round the corner we weren't dissapointed to drive away from here empty handed.

10 tables outside, none of them cleared, absolutely filthy. Yet the place is empty and staff are stood about not knowing what to do. The hospitality industry is screaming for our support but with standards as low as this, why should we give it? And why is the place always freezing cold with an overdose of air-conditioning? This is antisocial when we all want to relax in comfort not to mention a waste of money and a waste of energy that is bad for the environment

Staff were really kind and accommodating, service was swift despite how busy it was for them and the costa itself is really nice within too. <3

Service is always slow. Never enough staff on to manage the customers waiting. Don’t even bother using the drive through, the service is even worse. Not the fault of the employees.To the owner — Hire more staff. Stop being cheap

Despite waiting at the drive through kiosk for 3 minutes & giving up/no answer, the staff would not take my order at the window because I then had cars behind me."You're going to have to drive through again"Poor service & ludicrous policy.

Had the valentines drink and it was good, but not sure ill get it again. I usually buy their coolers. The berry one is delicious! My hsuband really likes the iced lattes. The only dissapointment is that when we go through the drive through, theres always a long wait, no matter when we go. It be quicker to park up and walk in but im far too lazy for that 🤣 we do enjoy our costa trips though.

Great service, fantastic staff with a lovely cheery smile!They got part of my order wrong - it was very busy - and quickly sorted it smoothly with no hassle or trouble, and given with a lovely sense of humour.

Great choice of coffees and seasonal specials. However, for those who are dairy/lactose intolerant there is only soya milk as a free alternative milk as the others (oat, almond, coconut) all come at an additional cost. The app and website does show clear allergens in both food and see drinks, as does the menus screen in the shop. Although, those who are dairy/lactose intolerant are not able to have the option of a hot chocolate.The drive through opposite Tesco is a good idea, but even during not so busy periods it is a slow process, which is not due to the servers who work hard to provide a swift service.
