Deep Pan Pizza And Bar-b-q in North Lincolnshire

Ordered food absolutely shocking service and the food was so cold , I would never use again . Staff also very rude and unprofessional. When asked to speak to a manger they refused and kept ending the call when trying to explain the problem. Would not recommend.

Lovely pizzas if you collect not so good on delivery can be 2 hour wait then its always cold n the toppings have usually said off Collection only

Used to be best pizza in town! But not amynore!! You need to improve your service and food before you start loosing your loyal clients! Ordered pizza and large kebab. Large kebab was hardly even small. Few little bits of doner meat. what a joke! But as we all make mistakes thought will give a try again! And another disappointment!! Pizza was raw. Too thick dough!! Ordered garlic tomato bread. Got just garlic and undercooked!! Pizza not as good too!! Greasy and cold! Not rushing back any time soon!!

Ordered food through just eat, received notifications for order was accepted. Given an estimated time of an hour for delivery. 2 hours later, still no food. I phone Deep pan to be told driver on his way. Then receive notification driver on their way. Still waiting for food. Rang the shop again to be told food behind the desk. Why wasn't I told this in the first place. Poor customer service will never be ordering from there again. Don't even deserve 1 star

Placed an order on their website at 11.30pm on a Friday night. They advertised that they are open til late... Didn't get my order. Got attitude for wanting my money back. Good food. Shocking customer service. 4 days later still waiting for my money back..... won't be risking it again!

I went to deep pan pizza on New Years eve after work. Even though it was 9PM on NYE, I got my order within 20 minutes. The staff were understandably very busy but were polite and efficient, even under the pressure of many phone orders coming through all the time. My food was delicious and hot. This is the only place in town for pizza for my family and I, we live it

An hour and twenty minutes to deliver two burgers and fries!! When I called to enquire what the delay was I was put on hold, or should that be the phone was put to one side and I could hear another phone order and someone in the shop ordering their food. I was assured the food was leaving the shop as we were talking and it would be hot. It arrived 15 mins later (it's a 5 min drive), no apology from the driver and lukewarm. Quite possibly the worst service I have ever encountered. There are much better takeaways in the area, save your money.

Ordered on Just Eat and waited 2 hours. I eventually called the shop and queried to be told that they had cancelled my order because I got my money back. This wasn't the case at all, I had requested an adjustment from Just Eat due to the delays and was told this would not cancel the order but the restaurant cancelled it all together. That's when I was hung up on by the person on the phone. I called back and spoke to the "manager" who was incredibly rude and hung up on me again. Once again I called back looking for answers and was told to stop calling as the manager "didn't have time for it" and was once again hung up on. Well I'm sorry, but if you don't have time for your customers, your customers don't have time for you. You just lost a regular customer of 30 years. Truly disgusting attitude!

Ordered food online at 7pm, they sent an email at 8pm saying delivery 9.10pm. By 9.30 pm still no delivery, Rang the shop and asked how long delivery time was..... 45mins was their reply but said it was an hour at 7pm when I ordered. Was offered money off my order as I was paying on delivery but told them not to bother delivering it as I was passed being hungry . I have now read other reviews on other sites saying the same thing. I definitely won't be using again.Only gave it one star as you can't leave it blankSTAY WELL CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO FETCH IT YOURSELF
