Kfc scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire

Very nice quick service. Ellie the manager was really nice and caring during our visit. Example of the manager,spending time on the shop front not just sitting in the office.

Hmmm ordered from the touch screen and zinger tower meal out off stock..however zinger tower box meal in stock ...haha obviously they want to make more money then care about customer satisfaction :( beware :(

Unfortunately it was not a great experience The staff told me that it wasn't their job when the machine ran out of receipt machine ran out of paper, we had to use our own hand sanitiser to clean the table and the other tables were covered in food scraps and there were no hot drinks again. The food was ok but the experience wasn't good at all!I can't honestly recommend this branch

Wasn't the cleanest and they seem more interested in Just eat orders than the people inside the restaurant

I've visited a few KFCs over the years, this by far is one of the best, I'd give it five stars but the staff didn't really say much and didn't really make you feel welcome. The restaurant was clean ( many are dumps these days ) tables cleaned frequently to my amazement, food hot and not served cold chips. All in all a clean tidy restaurant. Definitely visit again.

Very crowded due to a poor layout and no space so they can cram as many tables in as possible. Always poorly lit, i get the feeling it's not for ambience but rather to hide it's cheap feel. Compared to McDonald's and Burger king that have varied food options the ones here are very limited and boring

Ordered the 14 piece party bucket for a group of us to share and staff members were rude. Got home to find that some of the order was missing and also the chicken wasn't cooked properly so no one could eat it. Food poisoning waiting to happen. Avoid this place.

Always messing up our order! Asked for 2 wow box meals and they didn’t have a clue what it was despite having a massive poster next to them advertising it! Received and was told no receipts as the machine is broken, walked home to find out one of the burgers is missing! Can’t even go back without receipt

Visited here for a quick tea after a day out, I went inside as the car queue was quite long and it was pretty empty Inside.Ordered my meal at the till but you can now do it somehow on a screen when you enter, I'm not sure if you need an app for this.My meal was ready after a short wait and was cooked good as normal from here, I got the boneless banquet for one.The restaurant was clean and tidy as well as the toilets.They do deliveroo from here now too.I still don't like that I cannot buy my favorite full sugared drink ie full fat coke or Pepsi as I can't drink diet products so I'm always stuck with boring water, I liked it before when I could pay a little extra for the full sugar version I don't know why they still don't do this.

I went they for my lunch today and I ordered aZINGER® STACKER BOX MEAL and when I open the box and I disappointed and tast soo bad because the oil not been changed long time and soo much bitter taste and its not the first time I disappoint and normally I avoid going they but today I didn't have choice and I was nearby if not I would visit next to the tesco KFC I will never visit again to this store. 😠 and disappointed 😞
