Marks & Spencer in North Lincolnshire

Saw Jill in the lingerie department and asked about a bra fitting as I'd telephoned the day before. She booked me and mum in straight away and went for a drink in the cafe for 30mins until out appointment. She was wonderful especially as I have medical equipment attached to my arm and stomach 24/7 and she did everything yo make sure I was comfortable. Fitted perfect bought 2 bras. Then was my mums turn who didn't think they would havd anything for her. She tried on a good few until my mum was happy and she bought 2 bras also.

I would like to thank Emma and Carrie from the ladies clothing section. I lost my iPhone whilst shopping earlier today. The empathy, customer care and help they delivered whilst we were all trying to look for my iPhone was exceptional. They are a credit to the store, once again thank you both so much.

I really have a problem with this café, slow not enough staff. One person on till and one on drinks. Avoid

Its ok but need to improvise on their mens cloth collections

I filled in a form sometime ago regarding M&S closing stores. As a result of this I said we had to travel to York our nearest store. I was contacted by someone from M&S telling me I should go to the store in Scunthorpe because it was nearer.So today I went it cost me the toll fee in both direction for the Humber Bridge. I have never been so disappointed such a small store couldn’t get any of ladies clothes that I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this store. It looked more like an M&S outlet selling a few lines.No wonder M&S clothing sales are going down.I do think that they should have said it was a small store no way near the size of York.

In the cafe today there were 25 people queuing & only one till open & one woman making coffee & tea. The staff were lovely & helpful but quite harassed. This cafe is always busy on a Friday lunchtime so extra staff would help reduce the long queuing time.

Sorry to say this but walking in yesterday it felt like it was the most depressing store in the area. All Christmas trees just looked bare, dark and sad, no store decorations and most of all only a small stand for Christmas decorations to buy! Looks like the M&S is about to close down and do a final sale instead of starting a festive season :(

My friend Jake and his mum, Shazza come here and they say it is wonderful. I quite like the almond croissants!

The staff seem very friendly and polite. But ..I can see why the company lose profits each year when they charge stupid prices for items like boxer shorts - i mean £25!!! For 5 pairs of boxers

Young girl in the cafe never greated my wife or myself. Never offered a biscuit with the coffees. I asked her do we get our free biscuit here or after we pay. Thank you for making us feel unwelcome.
