Mcdonald's in North Lincolnshire

Absolutely useless, had big tasty BBQ advertised but didn’t have any to order, so why not turn the advertising off. Wanted a caramel latte but they didn’t have any of those either, just black coffee. Had no milkshakes and service in the drive through was ridiculously slow. Won’t be coming here again

worse burger i have ever had from a mcdonalds. it was cold and dry and teased by a very small gerkin on it's own and tiny amount of relish. cheese was like rubber... wish i went over the road to burger king now.

Shambles.simple order can't get right.Chips cold and undercooked2 out of 3 burgers sent wrong.3rd tasted rubbery.Warmest thing was ice cream.Even when order changed still was cold and undercooked.Think more of the takeaway side (deliverys)£13 wasted

Ordered on the McDonald's app for pick up,ordered a normal big mac and a chicken bigmac,got home to find that instead of a chicken bigmac it was a mc chicken sandwich,right rip off,will check in future,tried to complain online but wasn't working.i wonder why.

Had to wait 15 minutes for two cheese burgers for the kids, so as it became the antithesis of fast food, I went in for a refund/kick up the arse. Soon sorted it out and offered two cookies as compensation which the kids didn't like the look of, so that was also a waste of time. Life is meaningless

Everything was cold and I only walked round to the premier Inn (a few hundred yards)... The strawberry milkshake was well nice.Staff were friendly and service was quick though.

I have never experienced a McDonald’s with as many problems as this branch. They are constantly getting orders wrong or missing items. Whenever you try call them they always blame the delivery company.

It used to be a fast food chain. An over 20min wait for a cheeseburger seems long .Especially on the Monday evening when there was practically no cue to order.

Drive through for a hamburger and a kids burger meal and for the 3rd time this month been asked to park up and wait, ok it is Friday 4pm, however every car going through the now empty drive through are all being asked to park up and wait.....So far been waiting 10 mins..... is this what they call fast food ?Finally our very small order arrived, politely delivered to the car by some poor kid on less than minimum wage, who has to take his life in his hands a dozen or more times as he weaves in and out of the cars, who are all now frustrated having to ALL park up to await their orders, and are trying to find a place to 'park in a bay' with the 20 + other cars - when there are only about 6 bays.Poor lad balancing a basket of food and trying to solve the conundrum of right registration for each order before they go cold. Difficult on cars that are now haphazardly spilling into morrisons car park.Arrived home (2miles away) - with cold hamburgers, one with a mashed hole in one side like it had stuck to the grill and left part of its middle behind😒Experience = Very disappointing 😕 will definitely drive the extra 2 mile to the other McDonald's in future.

On our way to North our kids fancied McDonald's, so we decided to eat in. All the social distancing measures are observed and everything seems to in order apart from lack of tomato ketchup.However there was a very nice lady who brought our order to the table offered some ketchup for our kids.
