Pizza Hut in North Lincolnshire

We went as a party of 10. Service was good, but they forgot to put two peoples meals through, which they couldn't apologise enough for. The salad bar was freshly topped up and kept on top off. We all had a deal that came with a pizza, side and bottomless drink. The pizzas were very good and they do gluten free which we needed for a member of our party. The kids meals also have a desert included of chocolate brownie or bottomless ice-cream. A really good evening and meal.

Was asked to tip before food was even on the table (this is a thing with the pizza hut staff-less ordering and not a comment on the staff)However, service was generally slow and seemed the staff were overwhelmed when there were more than 4 parties, in my opinion this looked more like the manager than the general serving staff and our server was genuinely lovely.Too many people allowed in the restaurant at once which made us feel uncomfortable, mask wearing rules were certainly informed but definitely not enforced and whilst I understand that isn’t particularly easy with more “difficult” customers it will make diners like us not return in future.Over all, just pretty much fine, it is Pizza Hut after all but would advise to stay away if you’re trying to avoid COVID.

Will never go again. Staff just stood around talking to each other. App wouldn’t work on the phone so ask to just order the lady said in an abrupt way open your phone up for me!!! App came on was filling it out realised it’s actually more expensive for food on app then it is on paper menu. The app then went off as she walked away. By the time this was all happening they could of just served us, would of saved a lot of time. No wonder it’s quite the app thing is ridiculous your basically doing someone else’s job!!! We walked out!!! About time they got some staff that are actually doing their job and talk to people with good customer service!! Won’t last long will end up closing this one.

Really good evening. Food came hot and tasted really good. Brilliant service.

Some staff have no customer skills, my daughter asked for some hot water to heat her baby's bottle she was very bluntly told they don't give out hot water you can feed the baby milk as it is, my daughter said you do if people have cup of tea, they did give her a pot of hot water but actually had the cheek to charge her the price of a pot of tea for giving her it, absolutely disgraceful. As a family we will never use pizza hut again.

Food was great. Pizzas delicious. Loved the salad bar. All fresh plentiful. Had the sharer meal deal good value. Plenty to go round. And just manage to squeeze .desert treat. Good service. Certainly be back. Thankyou.

Super inclusive and enjoyable! The staff were so lovely and friendly, and there were individual vegan and gluten-free menus for dietary restrictions. The food was amazing and with the bottomless drinks and salad, you get well beyond your money's worth.I bought the Vegan Veggie pizza and it was lovely, 100% recommend!

I had my son’s 10th birthday meal here on Saturday and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. There were 22 kids and about 14 adults and we all recieved our food quickly. I had a rather large birthday cake which they let me drop off early along with balloons and then helped carry it and provided a table. I can’t thank them enough

Ordered a vegan pizza, which was delicious and reasonable value. The service was also fast and friendly. To Improve further please may you add a dairy free pudding? Thanks
