Some of the best fish and chips, I've had and at a great price too.Parking outside is a bonus.

Fish was lovely but the batter it was in was too greasy to enjoy. Chips were ok

It's an OK chippy but they have to change afew things was in the chippy other day and one of the staff was stood with her finger in her mouth then started coughing and had to be told to go round back the food can be OK sometimes then another time the food can be awful in Mt eyes they shud wear nets for there hair so not in the way and get into food

Really friendly staff. Fish batter was soooooo tastywith beautiful fresh white fish flakesHardly any waiting time even on busy a Friday evening but if you want a large fish remember to tell them as you go in as it's cooked to order. A little jewel of a shop.

Nice chippy , very good for the pricesSmall Fish and Chips portion is well worth it.Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the mushy peas were a bit watery. Sorry guys less water more mushy peas please 😀

First visit for a year, used to be good value. Usual order is small cod and chips and was a good size portion in past visits, however this time it was one of the worst portion of fish and chips I have had. Fish was overcooked and was mostly batter and the chips went onto my plate in a congealed lump. This was at 6pm on a Saturday and we were the only customers at the time. Staff on duty was sullen; no sunny welcome. Safe to say, this has put me off buying from here again.

Called on Thursday about four thirty unlike a lot of chippies they didn't have a lot of fish or sausages etc in the top hot compartment I ordered 2 fish and chips specials at £3.60 the fish was cooked to order. The quality and size of the portion exalant staff exalant. If you have not tried Sam, s I suggest you do you will not be disappointed..

Yesterdays fish n chips.Service was poor,not polite,rude with there miserable faces.no greetingPrices are expensive due to our food on a tray so portion size not adequate.Food was poor with pure grease that left our mouths tacky.Batter on the fish was not suitable, oil needs changing.Overall WE wont be back again!

Best in a long time!I grew up in Grimsby so consider myself somewhat of a Fish and Chips conniseur and the meal I just got from here was as good as it gets. All fish is cooked to order! Lovely light and crispy batter. Fresh chips, friendly staff.Top marks. See my image for the quality!
