Great food, friendly staff and a nice chilled atmosphere couldn't recommend the place more highly and we'll definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

Do not book here if you have a large party. We booked for a special occasion with 17 people at 7pm. The minute we walked in we were ignored for 10-15 minutes had to ask where the table was that we was all sitting at. Which they had sat us all on two separate tables when we was all meant to be sitting together. By the time the food was ordered it was 8pm the starters came at 8.45pm which some of the starters didn't even come out so some guests where still left hungry. In our group one table all received there mains around 9pm which then the other received them at 9.30pm the service was shocking throughout. We have felt very let down the food should not of taken that long to come out as we spoke to the manager and he wasn't very apologetic just had excuses. We normally come here on many occasions and have a lovely time but this has very much upset us and we not be returning. All the manager offered was a free drink the apology was not sincere enough.

Booked a table for 5.30 as was going to baths hall pleasant young lady gave us drinks and food menus ordered drinks she came back saying they did not have what we wanted so had 2 bottles of tiger beer instead. She then came and took food order chilli beef, Singapore noodles, sweet and sour chicken, and egg fried rice. Was surprised when it arrived in less than 10 minutes. However, after one mouth full knew why. It was luke warm at best the noodles were hard the chilli beef looked and tasted like twigs. The rice was never fried and was cold. To be fair if the chicken been hot it would have been quite good. Explained to the waitress that we were very unhappy and she fetched a lady over who explained that the device that warmed the plates was not working even went and got a cold plate to show us. However although the food was cold it could not conceivably have been cooked fresh in that time plated and bought to the table. They did give us the beers free and only charged 30.00 instead of 38.00. We had left by 6.05. Completely spoiled night. This is an honest and true review I really would avoid this place

Normally amazing! But what a disappointment. Service was slow took 1.5hours for food to come out more bothered about the takeaway phone then serving customers! Will not be coming back again. Such a shame.

Lovely food, fast service and great value. Free parking behind in the evening and 5 minutes walk to the bath halls if you are going to a show
