The Thornton Hunt Inn in North Lincolnshire

Very helpful with my sons, one of which was waiting to get married across the road in the church. We have used this pub in the past and wish the new owners good luck with their venture. We look forward to eating and drinking there soon.

From walking in to leavingVery friendly, great customer service.We were a group of 7, food choice of home cooking and mixture of fish, meat and vegetarian. One of our party had dietary requirements which was not a problem. Beer and wine list excellent.Last but not least service at the table by the waitresses was really good.Thanks to all great night, well recommended 👌

I celebrated my birthday there . The meal was delicious and good quality food . Great welcome with the owners Dean and Rob. Good service with the staff making sure we was okay and got drinks. it was lovely being accompanied by shaun the pub dog too . Highly recommended 👌 👍:)

We recently moved to the village and the new owners of the pub and their furry friend Shaun have been a huge hit with us and all the locals. It's a great country pub with good food, even better deserts and fabulous service from all the team!

The food was great, loved the way the lunch menu offered light bite portions. The new owners have made the place have a really welcome atmosphere x

I really enjoyed the meal I had fish pie . It was delicious lovely home cooked pub and decent price :) . Very social and warming owners . Their dog they have there . Such lovable dog and absolutely no bother at all while I was eating my food . Well behaved dog :) definitely recommend

On arrival in December just after the new owners took over,I tripped over a dog bed at the bar near the entrance door,some of us ordered food from the festive menu, we were not made aware the desserts should be ordered with the main course?The busy chef took the trouble to come and explain why we didn't get the festive desserts,The food was Ok with a fairly long wait,The young dog running around the restaurant and kitchen entrance covering us in dog hairs was not ideal ,We do wish the new owners success in their new venture,We may visit again when things settle as we previously visited often with friends,

Sadly because of Covid 19 an expected busy pub ended up being exceedingly quiet for our 49th wedding anniversary, the food was excellent but the atmosphere demure. In normal times I would thoroughly recommended it, the question is when will times be normal again. Bring back normality.

2 night stay. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were extra friendly and welcoming. I didn't get a chance to try the food but the menu looked very good with plenty of variety. The hotel is located in a very picturesque area. The grounds very well kept. Highly recommend stopping at least for food if not staying overnight. Thank you for making me feel very welcome!
