Lovely little tea room we came across on our visit to Richmond. Waitress was very helpful and the coffee they serve is outstanding. Dog friendly too.

Excellent service and the staff is super friendly. We have a full English breakfast and it was very yummy, we definitely gonna come back if we are around. Cakes and very good and the bread it's homemade so good... 😋 👌

Very nice place. Great menu and good service. Only had coffee and cake, my friend had scone. Very nice. Could do with more gluten free choice, my friend is gluten free and they only had a scone, no cakes.

This was the only tearoom in Richmond with seats on a rainy Saturday. I had an iced coffee and my husband had a tea. The tea was very generous, my husband got 4 cups from one pot. My coffee was fine. The servers were very friendly and very enthusiastic in cleaning both the table and the seats. We shared two traybake slices. They were very hard and difficult to eat without flinging them across the tea room. Perhaps we chose poorly, the biscuit base was the issue with my rocky road, very hard, so cutting it turned the place into a shooting gallery, biting it resulted in pieces dropping off in big clumps. My husband's was crumbly with rock solid chocolate at the top. Trying to eat these was unpredictable! I dropped most of mine because of this. The elements were all there and the portions were generous, it just needed putting together better or more thoughtfully. Definitely potential to be perfect though. Toilet was clean. Would return.
