Great service very professional sadly restricted menu / Bar menu due to staff shortages and covid .

Food was pretty good, over priced but nice

Service a little slow at busy periods but tasty, generously portioned food at a reasonable price.

Service was not great. Although staff were pleasant, service was very slow, very expensive for what we got, food was nice enough but no side plates for the sharing starter so you just have to get it from plate to mouth using your hand to avoid it going down your top. No steak knives for the steak, and we had to ask for salt and condiments. Drinks - there was NO white wine!! Apart from a couple of glasses left in a bottle that had gone a bit rank, they had no other white wine apparently because of a wedding the previous night.We ordered a glass of blackcurrant juice for our daughter and it tasted old and nasty - and they charged £2!!! Most places charge 20p for cordial! Also we ordered a child's ice cream - it said 'selection of flavours' but we weren't asked which. When it came out, it was coffee flavour and raspberry flavour with bits. If anyone has a picky child like mine, there's no chance, vanilla would have done! We asked if they had anything different and they didn't.We waited an age between courses and to get the bill. All in all... Disappointing...

Good restaurant if your in the hotel

Good food. But small portion sizes for the price being charged. Hungry folk need more food than that.

Staff were lovely but it felt a bit unorganized with who was looking after who, so either being asked if everything was ok three times in quick succession or ignored for ages. Food also was bland and tasteless, not recommended.

Fratellos is typical of the in-hotel restaurant. The food selection is limited but varied. Convenient, with friendly staff.

Fab food. Lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble

Excellent food, excellent service, very,very friendly staff. Could not fault it.
