KFC in Richmondshire

Very poor was sat in drive through for 10 minutes ordered and paid and then parked up waiting for 25 minutes to be given the the wrong order and after observing the girl bringing food out picking her nose we ended up just asking for refund .Worst thing was is there was only 3 other people in the queue so God knows what was happening thereOverall worst KFC drive through I have ever seen they have no idea how to run a fast food service and are not hygienicWill not be using again

Absolutely awful. Rude staff who have removed the table service placards because they simply can't be bothered, loads of menu items missing and drinks poured from a 2 litre bottle as they have run out of everything else. We'll definitely not be back.

Ordered in store again for a treat and yet again they got the order wrong. This is every time I go in. I don't complain about anything but they are getting s joke. How can they get it wrong I order on the screen witch is 5 feet away from the counter . How can they get it wrong. Well had enough now going to the top.Check your orders.

Great food, had 4 boys sleep over. Party bucket did us all and some.. delicious taste - not had KFC for years.. 👍🏻😁

Visited here while staying across the road in the Premier Inn. You can't fail with KFC great quality and reasonably priced, good service and well kept.

Everything looked and tasted as if it had been kept warm for hours, chips were rubbery and chicken quite dry.

The staff and manager was very rude. I had ordered on the KFC app for the nearest restaurant. Unfortunately it had ordered from somewhere else. I was told in no uncertain terms that I should have known, and was laughed at. I travel around the country on a weekly basis. This is the worst service, been treated by your staff. I will not be going there again.

Run down exterior. Food quality is very varied. Sometimes incredibly oily or overcooked and almost burnt. Routinely out of menu items as well as sometimes not being able to offer cup lids or straws. Staff are borderline hostile during peak times. Avoid.

A thoroughly disappointing experience. After waiting so long to have one of the much publicised festive gravy box meals, I have to say it really wasn't worth the wait. The chips I got were an insult; a tiny portion of cold and soggy fries. The burger seemed to have been sat most of the day with a stale hash brown. The only good bit was the gravy.
