Man speaking on announcements is annoying and ruins my experience but Uber man is very nice and have us free food

Had the double big mac. Most underwhelming burger I've eaten. It tasted bland but salad was fresh on it. Only saving grace was the fries. Hot and not too salty.

With a mustard allergery i was suprised when they sent out my custom requested cheeseburger with you guessed it... mustard! Glad i always check as this could have been so much worse! In this day and age, with so much focus on allergies it was such a suprise. It then took three attempts to get the order right. The lady on the till did offer free desserts however as a shift leader i expected more oversight of the situation on her part. Will continue to darlington in future!!

8.40 Wednesday 9th March. Called for a drive in breakfast meal. Greeted by a polite male voice and the food was great, not greasy and hot. Well done

Very fast service at store 1028 at 14:51 on 22/02/22Girl appeared at the car window and stood there for about a minute before we noticed her there- she was shivering from the cold poor thing!! Maybe staff should be given gilets. Adequate ice in the drinks but no sprite sadly. Chips were too salty but surprisingly not soggy as most mcdonalds chips are.Warm and friendly service.

Service was quick enough the food was ok compared to other McDonald's but the coffee was cold when I got it. Not great but not the worst.

I only got 19 chicken nuggets instead of 20 and they didn’t have any chocolate milkshakes so I had to get a strawberry and I don’t even like strawberry milkshakes I always count my nuggets and today I was not happy

This fine crisp evening we decided to have McDonald’s for tea as it had been a long week, dad decided to cook so something quick was on the cards. As honesty is policy 101 here I have to say, up until recently this particular branch in my opinion was not on a very high level standard, staff were not exactly what you would call the friendly welcoming type and the food standard was less than well below average. Why go back you ask, and I tell you this, I do believe in second chances so I thought what the heck. Upon placing the order the operative was professional on an outstanding level very polite, courteous and very patient when I had to retrieve my list which I dropped out the window 😆, I think I even heard a giggle come over the mic. At the time I did make the lovely folks at the window aware I was highly impressed, given the fact my last trip was a nightmare. I do believe that when people deserve credit and praise they should receive it, I believe it makes that person/people have a better day. And in the current climate people feeling good in themselves is the most important thing. Now to the main event, the food was absolutely outstanding, it was fresh, it was hot, and presentation was what you saw on the menu, not some thrown together mess like previous. It was an amazing experience and to all the staff on that shift, 17:14 on the 14/01/22 at store 1028 thank you for your efforts and exceptional levels of service. You are a credit to the brand and you should all be proud of yourselves. Keep it up.

They can never seem to get my order right. I asked for no cucumber-still got cucumber. I asked for no ice in all my drinks-still got ice And the chips had absolutely no salt on them.

Ordered a breakfast roll, got home to find they missed out the egg, sausage and cheese.
