Mocha in Richmondshire

Attentive, friendly and helpful staff serving delicious drinks. I had hot chocolate - I've never been asked whether I wanted "white, milk, dark or extra dark?" before! I had the milk and it was the best hot chocolate I've ever had. Wow. Served with one of their handmade chocolates that you can also buy separately. Delicious! I'll be back.

Very cosy little cafe and the latte and chocolates were so great!! Super friendly staff but I want to single out Cora who served us and was just so bubbly and obviously loves her job. She made my daughter's day with her lovely manner. Thanks Mocha! ❤️❤️

Called in on sunday.i had a lovely orange hot chocolate and a toasted cheese scone both excellent.The lady's who were serving were very polite and friendly even though they were rushed off their feet.We will definitely call in on our next visit to your lovely town.

November 2021We always visit Mocha when we come to Richmond and have ordered online as well. The chocolates are some of the best we've tasted and are great to give as presents, if you can bear to give them away 😂The coffee is just perfect and the cake selection is always something a little different and always delicious. We loved the gluten free Rhubarb sponge.....awesome.😋😋The staff are so friendly , its a joy to visit. Its a real treat having somewhere so warm and inviting to sit in when we come on holiday. You all deserve a round of applause and 10 out of 10.We can't wait to come back and wish you all the best for next year.

As other reviewers have said a great cup of coffee and one of the very best in the area. Tremendous selection of chocolates and the bonus is you get one included with every cup. The staff are lovely team who take great care of their customers . Coming to Richmond, go and visit , you will not be disappointed.

Great little place for lunch - staff were fabulous. Would recommend the hot chocolates. We took a couple of boxes of the chocolates away for later as well….!

Honestly the best hot chocolate and mocha we've tasted anywhere in the country - and we've tried a few. Great, attentive staff who really care about the food and drink they serve. We didn't eat, but there was a tasty looking range of cakes, a very large selection of chocolates, and ice cream too. A family run business that deserves a special visit if you're in the area.

Chocolate lovers paradise, there's a myriad of different chocolates to choose from. If you can think of it they probably make it.The coffee is fantastic, very smooth without any bitterness like some of the other coffee shops around. They're always our go to place for a latte, whether we're drinking in or taking out.Staff have always been friendly and helpful

Wow, walked in for two coffees and couldn't resist buying some off their extraordinarily fabulous chocolates. Superbly displayed the chocs were impossible to resist apparently. If I lived in Richmond this would be a weekly treat, no question.The Americano's were excellent, with skimmed milk and made with a smile. Particularly liked that they supply a menu sheet which allowed us to identify the various chocs I bought. Such an array it's easy to keep adding just one more.
