Only stopped for a quick drink on our way through but really nice place, very clean and the menu looked good. Staff were friendly and made a big fuss of our dogs.

Called in for a Mothers Day carvery. Did not book but managed to get a table in the bar. Food was beautiful, they also did a lasagne for our little boy, off menu, as it is one of the few things he will eat, and he throughly enjoyed it. Will definitely come back 😊. Thank you again for fitting us in a short notice.

Absolutely fantastic little pub, staff extremely friendly and cannot do enough for you, very well done up, food is amazing, and we'll priced, will definately be back!

We arrived late after having a really long day. Staff couldn't do more for us, they were so helpful and kind. Chef was closing kitchen but he made us what we asked for from the menu... My colleague had a super fiery burger and I had the chicken parmesan, both were delicious. We also stayed in the accommodation, very clean and beautifully decorated. Bit disappointed it's advertised as a 3 star, 4 star would be more suitable and realistic. Good old British/Aussie hospitality at its finest. Well done 👏

What a great find, we love it here. Beautiful pub lovely friendly staff and a lovely clean room with continental breakfast included. Food looks fab on the menu which we are looking forward to trying tonight.

Had a salad for lunch there today. Very disappointing for £9.50. Caesar salad consisted of a few shreds of lettuce, 6 or 7 thin strips of chicken, a paltry amount of dressing and 7 or 8 thin croutons that arrived after the rest of the salad. ( apparently the chef forgot them.) Won’t be going again.

Food was nice enough, great play area out the back for the kids, prices average got seated quick enough but we had booked as Sundays very busy, only thing is Sunday is carvery only now (we weren't told of any other options anyway or given menus if this not the case) so little grumpy from the kids who wanted Teddy pizza lol. Carvery was nice though.

Popped in for a drink during a cycle ride. Ended up having lunch too. Fantastic food, beer and the service was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
