I have enjoyed the food so far everytime I have been. Service is reasonably fast though the drink are on the more expensive side. There are deals for food everyday of the week to make and it's generally a good night out for friends or family

Short wait for food. Food pretty good. Staff pleasant . Tables inside felt sticky despite being cleaned after each customer left

We have been in The Foxglove many times but this particular evening we were actually booked in at Brewers Fayre which is about 50 feet away from the Foxglove. We (the missus and our 5 year old) were seated at our table and the atmosphere was terrible, the language from the lady next to us was awful so we upped and left, straight to the Foxglove. The new burgers on the menu were absolutely ace. Won't be bothering ever again with Brewers Fayre, straight to The Foxglove each time. The staff are friendly and the manager, think he's called Luke, obviously treats his staff well, as we've never had any issues at all

Dont appreciate coming out for a family dinner to be sat down by a member of staff only for another member of staff to come along and tell us we can't sit at that table because it was reserved. The manager had removed the sign early but I think as soon as you're sat at your given table you shouldn't be made to move as that's unprofessional.Went to brewers fayre instead.

This place is a real hit and miss. One visit itll be faultless and the next you leave questioning why you went. Certianly a 60/40 chance its good. Staff are nearly often really friendly but again sometimes spoilt by one or two. My opinion is give it ago. You wont recieve 5* quality food but what you will recieve is reasonably good food at a good price that will cater for everyone.

Great food, the manager Luke went above and beyond when we booked for my mother in laws birthday. Fast service and a huge menu that everyone found something they liked. Top place with top staff!

Very friendly staff, they seemed happy and enthusiastic and were more than happy to help and talk to customers. The food wasn't really to my liking, the chicken had a burnt taste but was otherwise nice. The chips were alright and the steak was actually extremely nice.Overall it's a little hit and miss, great staff, alright food, but for god's sake don't get the Vimto BBQ sauce.

A great bar/grill, friendly staff and a decent choice of food options. Good for families on a budget as lot of special offers and daily deals.. you won't peave hungry. The bar has a decent selection of drinks too. I visited here twice during my time in the area and would definitely go back there. Have to give a big thank you to the staff for being so accommodating too. Recommend.

Stayed in the premier inn, when working away near this pub, Iβm from Essex and work London regularly all i can say is a lot of venues where i work, could learn a thing or two about service all staff are polite efficient and food was spot on every time highly recommend the wings Β£5.29 for ten, or 30 for Β£12.00 so tasty spot on, deals each night of the week great prices but spot on food πeven when i had the curry deal (Wednesdays) that didnβt show on app when ordering for drink included with the deal only had To speak to manager and he dealt with the issue in a most professional manner. If you stay near this pub be silly not to sample the food and service ππππππππππππππππππ
