Usual good service,great cheerful staff and decent low cost food.

Crowded,staff were arrogant, lacking atmosphere no music, cheap as chips, get what you pay for I suppose.

Typical Spoons, but a very bright place. Good beer and wine at bargain prices and although a reduced menu from a few years ago, still a reasonable fare.

Called in and it was steak night today, was pleasantly surprised, so very reasonable and it was a decent steak. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Very quick service - the app works well. It's funny that you can order a tea/coffee from your table and they'll bring it to you, but then you have to go back up to the bar to get milk 😂. My food was nice but not hot, so I ate it quickly.

As always, with all Spoons, you need to clear your own table when you arrive. And with all Spoons the toilets are a trek up the stairs somewhere. And as always the food is quick(16 mins) but not hot. Ales, as always, are good and varied and cheap for this you get the 3 stars.

Usual spoons value for money and speedy service. Large mixed grill and a pint for under 12quid was pretty good, definitely filled me up. The staff were on the ball and polite.

Came here for hangover recovery also known as a cooked breakfast. I hadn't been to this area before - the most beautiful little town of Richmond thats currently celebrating its 951st year. This venue was spacious and wasnt too busy. The staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly after ordering, the standard was as expected and it did the job! Would definitely come back here.

Well done once again to Wetherspoons, the food was extremely good value and very tasty, enjoyable with plenty of it. For all those food snobs out there!! You don't know what you are missing, but hey, it leaves room for us that enjoy the food not the bravado..... 👍👍

Pleasant enough large Wetherspoons pub, housed in a former town centre post office. Spacious and comfortable, friendly staff and good food at great prices definitely make this place a winner if you just want basic British food and value drinks. One of the better Wetherspoons.
