The Station has got to be one of our favourite places and we could say we are regulars. We love the cinema, the shops, the gallery, but most of all we love the cafe/restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious ALWAYS and I have to give a special mention to Shen who it is always a pleasure to see and have waiting on us. He is so polite, courteous and kind and goes out of his way to make us feel welcome at our table. All of the staff are always lovely. Thank you to each and everyone of you and especially the chefs.

Entered from the outside seating area to get to the platform with my dog and was publicly admonished for setting foot within the restaurant area and told to go all the way round. When I did so there was only one tiny table available for dog owners. In the past, I have left The Station more often than I have stayed due to insufficient dog friendly seating. Even when provided, it is often occupied by non-dog owners or used for demonstrations and other functions.

Great local hub, easy parking and access for the mobility impaired. Whoever designed The Station did a really good job. Not only have they shoehorned in 3 theatre screens and a large eating area (more later) but there is also; a micro brewery, artisan bakery, ice-cream maker, chocolatier, dance school, gallery and The Station shop. The other side of the carpark is the town swimming pool. All very impressive. We arrived during breakfast service (9-11:45), and after a bit of a wait were seated at a 2 person table. The breakfast menu was varied and included full breakfasts; meat, veg and vegan plus various egg related options on toast. Now at £9.50 for the meat breakfast you could say it was a little dear. However the price for the quality of the ingredients made the pricing spot on. No thin watery bacon, dry toast or wheat filled sausages here. I think the black pudding may also have been artisan, but I can't be sure. In all 2 breakfasts (cooked well, chef) coffee and a tea came to £24.However...... Service was painfully slow from sitting down to our food arriving was 50min. 20min of them waiting to order. Now having spent 15 mins prior quickly exploring the other shops and waiting to be seated, that left us 55min before our parking ticket ran out. This scuppered any chance of revisiting any of the other outlets. That said, hopefully this was a one off and in-spite of our first experience I would still recommend you visit 'The Station'.

Nice food. Pleasant staff. Not cheap. A nice walk from Easby Abbey if you can get parked.

Lovely place for food and staff always super friendly. We just had an early bird deal which was 2 pizzas, 2 sides, 2 fruit shoots and 2 beers for £25 which you can't fault as food was lovely

Great place. Would benefit from more seating for dog walkers. Great dog walk round the river and often try to stop in for coffees and scones. Unfortunately, 9 times out of 10 can't get seated so take money home. Great for me but Mrs is often disappointed. Could move the book shelf over and get an extra table or two in.

This is a wonderful place. The food in the restaurant is delicious, great menu, plenty of choice if you don't eat meat.Great staff, really helpful.Lovely place to have a look round.Cinema space is appealing.

You can visit most of The Station without waiting in line, which includes a bakery, chocolate shop with good vegan options, ice cream bar and brewery. We waited a while for a seat in the café, but it was worth it - best scone I've had in Yorkshire 😎

The cinema experience is comfortable with a wide selection of films for a small cinema of three viewing areas. The cafe is full of great quality food and is tasty. There's a selection of art and small shops on site to get ice cream, gifts and other thoughtful presents.

Phoned a head booked table very polite staff on phone so started well. Good one way system. Very clean tidy social distancing fab ordered food. Only had sandwich and tea but arrived in good time. I very much enjoyed vegetable crisps husband wasn't a fan but could have had chips instead. Food was lovely. Well maintained place. Obviously with covid not all areas open but definitely recommend and will visit again. Staff were very professional relaxed and made you feel comfortable. Definitely worth visiting. Wish we lived closer to go more often.
