The Three Horseshoes in Richmondshire

Just stopped in for a bite to eat.what can i say outstanding food and drink.the staff and locals made you feel so welcome.

Just visited for lunch and a couple of drinks. Very welcoming staff, lovely atmosphere. Spiced parsnip soup and mushroom and tarragon for starter. Both delicious. Piping hot and served with warm crusty bread. Mains of cheese and tomato quiche with chips and salad and beef and onion baguette with chips and gravy. Both were fabulous. Large portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend a visit here if you are in the area. 👍

Not bad little place. Nice on a sunny day and you can sit outside.can get busy quick so do recommend booking.Food was good. Order at bar but half table service was a little odd.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Called in on a road trip, just in time, it filled up pretty quickly with others of a like mind. Delicious steak and mushroom pie. Prompt and friendly service. Could have stopped all afternoon, that kind of place.

Amazing home cooked, delicious food, lovely friendly bar staff, cosy pub and good range of ciders and ales. Excellent service too.

Came here on the last day of our holiday, got given a nice table in window, after a while the room was extremely full, found the tables a bit close together. However the food was really good and seemed to be a popular place with locals. 👍

The food is great and very generous portions. A starter and mains left us full to bursting and we are no shrinking violets when it comes to eating.Well kept local ales, friendly welcoming staff and a lovely ambience resulted in a splendid evening.Thanks Aaron and the full crew including Mollie and Minne, the pub dogs.

Lovely pub in a fantastic location with excellent food and friendly staff. We stopped by chance and stayed for lunch. Lots of out door seating with lovely views and plenty of space for indoor dining too. Well worth seeking out.

Good food and plenty of it. Standard pub grub. The children’s meals were good but not many options, especially as the pizza were off the menu. Set in a beautiful looking village. Nice outside area to sit on when the weather is good.

We were doing a wonderful circular walk from Leyburn, along the limestone crags of The Shawl, and back across country via Wensley.We stopped at the Three Horse Shoes for refreshment. A chilled orange juice and hot coffee was just right for two weary walkers.We just missed food service for the afternoon, but the view from the hostelry terrace across the valley was lovely.Large car park, great service and a nice looking menu means we shall return...
