Mouldy breadcakes served to paying loyal customers, won't be coming here again let's put it that way.

Ordered on the phone, woman on the other end was quite rude anyway but then preceded to put the phone down whilst she took payment and slag me off to her colleague whilst the phone line was still open?! I’ve worked in a restaurant before and I understand customers can be annoying and shifts can be hard but if you can’t at least pretend to be polite for the duration of a phone call maybe you should go into a job that doesn’t involve customer service.But the food was great and the owners of the restaurant and all other staff have been lovely in the past.

Had to wait 5 minutes before staff came to the till. If that's a large chip butty I'd like to see a small. Proportions are tiny to say they supposed to be a large

Really good fish and chips. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Not good for my waistline.

Seen it on passing on the bus thought ill try that on my way back to manchester had the sizzling burger, took a menu my local pizza take away makes me the pizza burger now Lovely food will be visting again if im back that way

I'm not from this area was working nearby so popped in for a quick bite.. IT WAS LOVELY. Lady behind the counter was lovely menu was lovely everything was lovely.. would 100 percent go again even if I was not hungry. Lovely lovely loving it lovely.

Never before had service so poor as tonight. 7.40pm ordered & paid online. Rang at 9.30pm for 2nd time and altho lady on phone was ok the manager shouting in the back ground was disgusting. Saying order said wasn't paid when clearly my order was paid for on my card at time of ordering. Has this man never heard of customer service? Disgusting!Never again!!!!

Good quality fish and chips but very disappointed in the service, I placed my order (cost £32) was told fish would be 10 mins the lady told me to sit in the car she would let me know when order ready. After 20 mins went in to ask about order was told they had a lot of telephone orders and mine still hadn't been done another 15 min wait got the food. Wiĺl not be going here again 👎

We waited over 2 1/4 hrs after being told 45 mins. Attitude was really poor charged £46 with no freebie also. Food was at best average will not be using again and would advise anybody to take their business to a company that appreciates customers. I never complain so I would take note.
