Brentwood Hotel in Rotherham

Lovely hotel staff very friendly, ad ribeye last night was beautiful, just ad breakfast came hot which is a bonus, gunna check out now would deffo recommend this hptel

Amazing food and service.The price is so good you almost feel guilty not buying a pudding just to bump the price up a bit.Kids play area out back is safely fenced off.has a few picnic benches so you can keep your eyes on the brats while they burn off all there energy.

Very good 5 night stay. Comfortable beds, great hot shower, delicious breakfast. The staff are super and very welcoming. Lots of safe parking available. Will definitely stay there again.

We reserved a table as the pub gets busy with dining customers, always a positive sign. The food was great value for money and very filling. The skillet which my husband ordered was piping hot and varied with ample portions, also set out well for eating instead of piled high, the beef burger was lovely with chips. Great dining experience-give it a whirl... Lovely to see old pictures of Rotherham landmarks throughout the pub on the walls. ✔️

Disappointing this time...not enough staff to cope with all the demands made on them. Meal was decent enough but had to go in search of cutlery and napkins. Getting served at the bar was a bit of a lottery where people who had been waiting 10 minutes were left hanging while other people who had just entered the pub were served immediately upon arrivel at the bar. I don't blame the hard-working staff...I blame the management!My next visit was much better, great service and a wonderful meal...still only one barstaff serving, which makes that part of the experience frustrating.

This pub is amazing. And the prices are incredible. I want every pub to be like this. The food is good. The staff are very friendly and good at their job. There is not a single thing I would change.

Stayed here recently overnight on a trip to gullivers valley, lovely clean place staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pub was really busy on the evening but we were served quickly and efficiently if ever in the area again would try and book here first.

Perfect pints, fantastic food.Now time for a bit of TV before bed.The room is clean, warm and value for money.Attentive and friendly staff.Great work team Brentwood ♥️

This is primarily a review for the hotel, rather than for the adjoining pub. Stayed here on my own on a work trip for one night. The hotel building is small and traditional and I had the warmest of welcomes from Joanne. My room was large and well equipped, as was the bathroom. A clean room with hot water is all I really wanted, and for the price this was brilliant. Breakfast, in the hotel not the pub, was also great.Rotherham town centre is about a 10-15 minutes walk away and in hindsight I should have eaten there in the evening. The adjoining pub is too big and bright for my taste. Neither the IPA nor Abbot Ale were available and the food is too calorific. Nevertheless the staff were really friendly and the manager (sorry, I didn’t get her name) was great. Overall I think four stars is a fair reflection.

A large pub / hotel / function room. I attended a private function last night. Finding the right entrance was a little confusing. I went to the hotel entrance by accident ...I was directed to the pub and we had to ask again as the function room was difficult to find. Parking is plentiful with additional parking behind the building. The buffet was nice and plentiful, hot and cold finger food. It was quite busy in the pub.
