Burger King in Rotherham

Store is fresh and bright, food was delicious but staff need plenty of training especially on their customer service skills and how to greet and make customers feel welcome

Just spent £17 on 2x double bacon cheeseburger large meals. Chips were warmer than the burgers. Feel like I've jsust been done over big style. Disgusting. Couldn't give a minus star review.

Absolutely appalling service, very slpw and not only did they miss something from our order there was a queue of people with either the wrong order or missing items. The kids' meal says comes with a toy, and at £4 for a small burger, & chips it should do, but they had none, even though the poster advertised so. I rarely go to Burger King these days and it will be a long tome before I return. To be fair the burger was very nice, in fact, it was delicious!

We visited just before the lunchtime rush, and the order was processed quickly and the staff were friendly and patient. This was appreciated as I had two small children with me. The only problem we had was when I took my 11 month old to the baby change. The fold-down change table was far too high on the wall. I'm only 5'2 and it came to my chest. Made changing a very wiggly baby alittle harder as there was no strap to prevent her from rolling. Not ideal and definitely needs to be lowered.

Thy cannot acknowledge the torment and horrific torture I , my son kyen and my brother William experienced at thy restaurant. How can you call yourself burger king ? When serving food that the poor prisoners of war would not accept . This ghastly food has shook my family's sould and we will never be the same .Whoever served me and my family 2 medium whoppers and 3 large fries at precisely 12 o'clock today, this message is for youListen hear buster, I don't know who you think you are but trying to poison a lovely family like ours is sickening.i hope thy are happy with your sad little life . But my son is in cardiac arrest because of you. do not eat here .For you own sake Roger x

Food was cold and they didn't know what they were doing.. terrible service, paid 60p for sauce and realised after we left we hadn't got it but didn't go back as was in way home.. terrible

Very slow waited 25 minutes for our meals no apology. The food then came out slow after that could not be bothered to complaint as would have waited another 25 minutes no doubt. Management wasn't very poor. This is the new steak house burger does really look the pic and cold

Staff are lovely. The vegan options available now are unreal 😍 Always good deals on the app.

Definitely a breath of fresh air! Recently it seems there's been a distinct lack of effort at other restaurants. My Parkgate burger king order was perfect! Thank you

I find the food nicer than their well known competitor (I won't name names, but he was old and he had a farm). And so it should be, as it's more expensive. And you have to pay extra for sauces.The tea was OK but the sugar provided by default was mostly theoretical (I did receive more by request).Lastly, one thing Burger King seem unfailingly consistent at is bafflingly slow service. This branch has fiercely upheld that tradition.
