China Town in Rotherham

Hands down the best Chinese for miles. We never order from anywhere else and everyone who works there are always so polite and lovely. Thanks for the yummy food! ☺️

Not sure if the Chinese has been taken over as we stopped using it a couple of years ago as it had gone downhill and always took nearly an hour to be prepared, but the food now is absolutely spot on, so tasty and the best Chinese in the area. So quick from ordering to picking up.

Lovely food...value for money...fast delivery...always willing to substitute so it's all to your liking.Had the mixed starter...crispy duck with pancakes...prawn crackers...chips...special chow mein...crispy sweet and sour chicken balls...young chow fried rice...and a black bean dish.Usually all...(not all at once) of the above we have quite often...and it's always lovely...generous portions too.Looking forward to the weekend as it's chinese again this week.Well done China Town.

Lived in this area for 5 years and could never find a decent Chinese. China Town was never as good as it is today. Ordered a takeaway, service was friendly, the food was amazing. Chicken balls, beef & mushrooms, chicken fried rice & prawn toast. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

First time we went the quality was good. The second time we went the quality was poor. The chips were overcooked and hard to chew, as if they had been reheated and overcooked. The chowmein was greasy and my partner's food was not so good either.

Well I read the reviews and I can only praise, great service all round, had it delivered perfect. And tasted brilliant.

2 hours waiting for a takeaway. Rang to check where it was couldn't get through. Kept saying mailbox full! Ordered at 7pm and arrived at 9.10pm. A full 40 minutes after just eat said it would be delivered. Terrible. And a 1 food standards agency rating!! This place won't last very long if they don't improve pretty soon. The food tastes ok but the 1 rating really worries me as to how safe it is! Such a shame

I’ve only given 1 star as it was the only way to leave a review. Ordered off just eat at 6.30 pm tonight sat 15th dec it gave an estimated time of 8 pm, we phoned at 8pm to be told the food was only just getting cooked. It finally arrived at 9.10 pm some food missing and most of it cold we rang to complain and never even got a sorry the woman on the phone was rude and arrogant. We will never order from here again and will tell people we know to stay clear too . The order also came to over £73 as there were quite a lot of us and never got anything free which you do at other takeaways , disgusting

We ordered from this place. First it was late. Called and told it was on it's way. 40mins later it arrived. WRONG ORDER!! Sent it back 30mins later recieved another order. Guess what? Yep wrong order again. Sent back again waited a further 20mins for my original order. Finally came but an item was missing. So I called the takeaway only to be shouted at by the woman who answered the phone. She was extremely rude and abusive to me when I tried to explain that I had something missing. She literally screamed down the phone that I had got what i had ordered. She wouldn't listen to me so in the end i just hung up. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Love the food here but trying to ring for a takeaway is absolute he'll they must lose a lot of custom I have been trying to ring since 5pm every couple of minutes and still at 6.40 no calls to this number! !! I will go to Canton in future they are losing our custom and we have one most weeks
