Chop Suey House in Rotherham

Just had a chicken curry and fried rice with chips it was disgusting g not nice at all chips were horrible didnt eat them we have had meals from there for years but they are not good now won't be going any more

First and last time we order from eya. My son woke up been sick due to the food and i found my self doing the same 2 hours later. We have both had cronic gut rot all morning and fighting for the toilet.

Munchie box was far from being that as everything was burnt, only at the chips that were edible.

Ordered sweet n sour chicken ball but they forgot the sauce did fetch one up but then my chicken balls were cold .The chips were hard not cooked through and the chicken wings were dry .Not a happy customer 😒😬

Everything I've tried has been at least 'fine' Some things are excellent, like the best Chinese curry sauce I've ever had! It's worth collecting your order in person, just to experience the tastiest smell imaginable!

Order through just eat every Wednesday,on average we spend £25 a week, £100 a month! The food is lovely and usually the orders are perfect. On the few occasions it has gone wrong and we've rang to try and have it rectified the communication and customer service is shocking! Missed things from the order then end up being charged for something we haven't received!

Communication and customer service are shocking, rude, and boorish. Staff and owner can`t do the math - no change given and trying to overcharge.Complained immediately that I paid already and waiting for the change. After waiting for 20 min while they re-check all their cash, I got thrown coins into my face. Disgraceful behavior.Items missed from orders, wrong items given. No chance to get them to accept and rectify their mistakes and errors.It is just unbelievable. Simply the worst place I have ever seen.Avoid it at all costs.

Not happy at all, there was a bone in ‘shredded duck’ there was also a piece of metal in my chicken chow mien, it stabbed me in the gum. The chicken chow mien was not cooked properly at all.

Rubbish! Tried for first time, tried over charging me £3 for prawn crackers which I didn’t ask for! Spring rolls were dripping in grease. Shop was filthy. Hot and sour soup was neither hot or sour. Tasted like dirty water with bits of fatty meat in it. Would never order again and will advise others not to order here!

Ordered a £16 meal which included as the main meal a Large King Prawn Curry. The ribs as a starter where fine (just). The curry was rank of curry powder and had 5 king prawns in it, full of onions though. Phoned to complain and was passed to two people. The call lasted 15 mins. In the end they have refunded me. I said I was happy to pay for the ribs.They have refunded me for the chips as well as the rice etc but still charged me a delivery!! I also had to send back the full meal. No problem as I'd not opened the rest, but I'd like to know whats happening to it now. Probably going back in the pot.Ive ordered from the China Star, which is what I should have done in the first place.We have used this place for the last 35 years + but never again.
