Costa Coffee in Rotherham

On my visit Chelsey was working single handed.She was like a whirlwind. Constantly wiping surfaces down while providing a friendly professional service. Highly impressed by her work ethic.

Coffee okay as per. Still overpriced but this time my experience in costa was brought down by yet again another miserable staff member who worked on a tuesday.No smiles, no interaction, couldn't care less about serving me.Companies are not bothered who they employ anymore unfortunately.

This is not one of Costas standout branches. Many failings, not limited to staff using profanity behind the counter, but also when I go to sit for a coffee in an expensive coffee shop I expect to be given my coffee in porcelain and not cardboard and I expect them to have stock. It's not like match days are unpredictable.

Just gone to get a drink and the store is shut locked doors with smug looks on their face. Isn't meant to shut for another 45 minutes. Wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts due to staff laziness and need to finish early

Efficient service. Friendly and welcoming g staff. Don't always get the extra hot coffee I request.

Stopped of at Costa coffee lovely small shop staff really friendly my daughter loved it they even gave her a little cup of coco with marshmallow highly recommended

After having a soya hot choclate I became unwell shortly after believe it to be down to the dirty jug they used as they are never cleaned after use and it must have been used for dairy prior to my drink with soya this appears to happen in most stores its substanderd and staff should be following hygiene standards and cross contamination will not go again

Always lovely staff inside who say "hello" without even being spoken to first. Provides great service and never get the orders wrong. Polite and quick and always clean.

Its just open in rotherham coffee is perfect ans staff are friendy and helpfull
