Absolutely disgusting! Couldn't eat it, spat the first bite out! Should have been chicken fillet burger and it was soggy mashed up death!Also fryed chicken same again but didn't even put that in my mouth, it looked brown like it was cooked in engine oil, but what really gets me is the positive reviews! How do people eat this standard of food and are happy with it!

DO NOT ORDER A DELIVERY FROM HERE. We ordered a £30 family meal which took nearly 2 hours to arrive! The food was soggy and cold and we could not eat it. Called takeaway & told to complain via FoodHub. 2 weeks of emails later and no refund offered. Shocking customer service. Never again.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!2 hours late when delivering to nearby theme park. Food awful, chips all soggy and burger bun soggy too. Burger has very little taste to it. Burnt bits left in bottom of chips. Man on phone had zero customer service skills. Delivery driver unhappy when I asked him why so late. Nothing given free despite issue with lateness, I would think as a goodwill gesture something free would be expected but obviously not. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Ordered food, had to wait 1 hour and half to 2 hours for it to be delivered, was cold when we got it chips tasted like they’d been reheated. Partner tired ordering from there on 20th August, said the order was confirmed took money out of his back then the restaurant closed, said order was cancelled no refund was given.

Highly recommend the Special burger box. 4 burgers, 2 chicken 2 beef, donner meat, chips, chicken bites for 17.90. And it tastes great especially with garlic mayo.

Ordered at 7 it is now half 9 and the food is still not here, still marked the order as completed online so they can take the money tho havent they.

Placed an order at 10:50 and on the website and just eat it says “closes at 12pm” so we rang for the phone to be put down on us and then when we finally got an answer and told them it says on their website it says close 12pm they started being rude and put the phone down. Will never be ordering from here again lost a loyal customer.

Ordered from here for years food is always good but there delivery service is shocking. Not the first time we've been wating over an hour and half for food when been told 45 mins. You order fast food because you want it in reasonable time because your hungry. Always get the same answer when you ring up "your order has just left be with you soon" need to smarten up

After reading some of the comments, we throught we would try and place an order.We had lovely lady on phone couldn't do enough for us as we are fishing on ledger lake's up at Laughton.They delivered lovely man food was still very hot and well presented we will definitely order again

Been going for the past 10 years and been the best Kebab in town, but over the last 10 months it's gone down hill massively. The past 5 kebabs have been cold so I drive an extra 5 mins to Golden Grill which is loads better and consistent.
