Davian's Fish Bar in Rotherham

Good service as usual.After a while I decided to have Davians again the other day. Again, the chips quality is not as good as it used to be. For quite some time the chips are not the same anymore.The significant price increase was quite off putting. I understand that the cost living has gone up, but this was a fair bit more expensive than what I'm used to for a chippy. Quite reluctant to go again due to price increases.

This was my local chippy growing up and I have yet to come across another fish and chip shop that comes close to how tasty the food is.Perhaps I'm biased, but I think the sheer popularity of this place every lunch and tea time should speak for itself. The prices are very reasonable, there are plenty of things to choose from and the portions are great.The staff have always been friendly throughout the years and still continue to be today. Every time I come to Rotherham I make sure to have at least one stop at Davians for my tea.

Good little chippy getting back to its best but sometimes it depends who's on frying regarding quality, service has always been outstanding

Came on a visit from Birmingham and was recommended this place by some relatives nearby, it’s very fairly priced and good for value. The cod was cooked perfectly and was 100% worth the trip i highly recommend Davians for all

Me and my husband have gone to this chippy for about 25 years. it's our best fish shop ever. We have tried lots of chippy s and this one cannot be beaten. The best fish special ever 👍

I been going there since when I was kid! I still go every now and then, they fish and chips are the best can't doubt that I recommend that to everyone!

I saw a cockroache on the counter and when I pointed it out I was thrown out. No one was there to witness it. I wanted to speak the manager and was told to leave. This place is terrible. Be careful what you eat guys. There are roaches in there. Probably rats too

Legendary Rotherham chippy, and for good reason! Great value and best fish n chips for miles around.
