Reasonable priced, friendly staff,

Bought a couple of cakes today to take home and found one was Best Before 20/9/21 and the other one Best Before 26/9/21 will definitely be taking them back for a refund and an apology for selling out of date goods

Went in for chip butty and mocha,had a dead fly stuck to my chip,waitress did not understand what I was telling her,spoke to manager and he say it not come out of fryer cus it wud be dead,but it was,never returning

Normally am not one to give a review but went here today staff wasnt so friendly ordered a jacket potatoe with cheese and beans with a milkshake but as i was eating the food i ordered it was all burnt under the potato and honestly wasnt nice at all i was starving but couldnt eat it so a woman came by and said are you done i said yes but i didnt enjoy my meal because it was all burnt at the bottom couldnt even cut through the potatoe amd she said oh and i didnt even get a apolagy no nothing i at least expected something but they wasnt friendly at all i will not be going their again i was just treated unfairly if im honest and would not go their again but apart from that was clean and everything was tidy and looked lovley just a shame really...

Lovely atmosphere, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and delicious well presented food. Great value for money and good choice of food and drinks. Their large breakfast keeps you full up until tea time.

I usually come to this cafe whenever I'm in rotherham town, usually enjoy my visits but today I ordered a sausage sandwich with a hash brown on the side, only to get a BEST, so yeah okay many people would think this is great a more expensive sandwich for less except I hate bacon, egg and tomato, so I went and said that I only asked for sausage on my sandwich and wanted the hash brown on the side, only to be told "No you ordered a best with a hash brown" I simply told them no I ordered a sausage then to my surprise they took the plate from me ordered me to sit down and then the lady huffed and puffed about it, and I thought it seemed really aggressive, I just sat down as I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, as the waitress came I decided to apologise even though I had no reason to to then be huffed and puffed at and had the plate thrown in front of me... not only did I pay more than my sandwich actually was I also get that kind of customer service? Usually I don't put the bad reviews on but I have never had such bad service in my life. I will not be returning to the establishment as I am well and truly shocked by the way I was treated.

I come to this cafe on a regular basis. Every time I'm always greated with a warm welcoming smile. The waiting staff are polite and professional in their field the food is delicious and always comes hot. This cafe above all is best in Rotherham town centre for quality food and professional staff
