Domino's Pizza in Rotherham

Ordered food from here tonight and its blown me away 🤯 chillie cheese bites, triple bacan burger, wedges and cheese sauce. Obviously not just for me 🤣 but ive lived local for a year and this is the first takeaway weve ordered that is amazing 😍 red hot and cooked perfectly , ive never had 100% positive to say about a takeaway until now.

Amazing food!! Dean and kenny are very friendly made me feel quite at home! Shop was spotless and lots of care taken for my meal which I appreciate it! Would give them 10 stars!

Ordered 4 Pizza for collection on the app, told 15 mins for collection. 45 mins later I was given 3 pizza and told the 4th wasn’t coming as they had no chicken. Got those home, 1 pizza has part of the crust missing, one of the others was totally wrong (nothing like I ordered). Very disappointed.

Waited 10 minutes to get served, got a cold pizza with no chicken. Recommend to call to a different pizza place

Brilliant Domino's. Never had a bad meal, always the same good quality, quick, and staff are kind on delivery and in the shop when you collect. Good prices and good deals.Only ever had one issue where they sent the wrong pizza - they apologised and got the right one sent out quickly - and we kept both. Top notch.

STAY AWAY. Will either get your order wrong, miss items off entirely, will ignore the phone ALL night, will be very rude IN FRONT of you if you’re entitled to a discount (Blue Light Card in this case - apparently unless you’re in an emergency service role you shouldn’t be entitled. You know, seems there’s no other important roles in the NHS according to them) but not directly to you, in a passive aggressive slagging off rant. Super unprofessional to say the least. Will give you a freebie ‘next time’ for the hassle and error but then forget something on the next order, so you’re back where you started. Just go to the Handsworth one, it’s worth the few miles extra to avoid the absolute headache.

Not what it used to be, more cheese please! Love that you have vegatarian and vegan options but the last pizzas we ordered were bland and dry.

If you are hungry then just call to another restaurant. Pizza is tasty, but as long as they come!After 3 hrs (they dont pick up the phone) driver came and was surprised i was already sleeping. He was trying to tell me that it wasnt even 2 hrs of waiting (i got watch at home). Terrible service. Such of shame, caused i really liked that pizza.

I took advantage of their £7.99 any size pizza via collection only and was really impressed. No greasy soggy bottom like what you get from the usual takeaways. I would definitely use again if such deals were on but wouldn't pay their normal extortionate prices.

Absolutely appauling. Took 45 minutes to arrive after getting text to say it had left shop(we're 5 minutes away). I phoned up 3 times and got told the driver was just coming up the road every time. Arrived cold and texas bbq barely had any topping compared to usual. Nachos inedible! Customer service disgraceful! No apology, lied to and they even hung up the phone on me. I rang back and demanded a refund and was told they'd done their job and refused to refund me! I will never order from this branch again, not first time they've been a let down.
