So sorry to write this but I was not happy with my recent experience at the café, such a shame as I liked going there. I've always liked the location, décor, a lovely place to stop by but that's not enough. Service was lacking, I wasn't even greeted as I walked through the door, tables needed more attention, coffees were ok but I had better. I hope they improve their standards but I don't think I will be back there again.

Lovely breakfast panini and a latte, on Sunday morning just watch the world go by. Perfect!

This is my favourite coffee shop. It’s well worth going in to Rotherham town centre for (let’s face it, there’s no other reason to go). It’s even worth the hassle of scrambling for a free red space at Forge Island car park! Me, my mum and my dog love it here. The coffee is the best and the food is really good. I have even been for afternoon tea and it was excellent.

Rude - stopped by with family for a coffee and overheard a lady (presumably owner) slating our group from behind the counter (FYI - not a soundproof booth) for eating items not bought from their shop - admittedly this isn't something we usually do but as we were in a rush due to one of our party being on their short lunch break we did. Stormed over to us and was aggressively told we were not allowed which we then put away, continued to be berated after we had put the items away she then strode off and continued to carry on about us. We felt extreamly uncomfortable and wanted to leave but we had already purchased our drinks.Coffee - Although the coffee was delicious half my drink was spilt over the saucer as the server had spilt this on her way over and not offered to clean this up.Unhygienic - Server coughed on the order screen (no mask) then proceeded to tap in our order and make our drinks without washing her hands. Not good especially in COVID times.I never write bad reviews and was going to overlook the last two points however after her attitude I felt it was needed to be said - however the guy working there was really polite and made nice drinks.

We’ve been here before many times and it was lovely & unfortunately it seems to have gone very much downhill. We tried ordering 3 different things for breakfast (poached eggs, chorizo and smoked salmon), they’d ran out of all.We opted for scrambled eggs instead & it seemed they’d been microwaved to death - tasted very rubbery and bland, my friends avocado was not even a butter spread and menu said it comes with spring onion & chilli but none of that. All of us ended up leaving most of our breakfasts due to the eggs :(.On the plus side coffee is lovely & the staff are friendly. Just think needs some TLC on the food as used to be one of our favourite haunts.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my cousins whilst waiting for our appointment at Wed2B down the road, and the coffee was amazing!! Felt really safe inside with their rules for covid, and the staff were great :)

Coffee is great, food freshly prepared including gluten free options. Buns are out if this world.

Really love this shop. Great coffee. Staff are friendly. One of the best places to chill in Rotherham.
