Visited for lunch yesterday although a very busy Bank Holiday the place and staff were all well organised, friendly and professional from Front of House to waiters/waitresses.The food was hot, delicious and well presented it was enjoyed by myself and my partner.Although the menu doesn't have as much choice as it did and think the food and drinks are too expensive for the things they offer.

We booked a table online for two. On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and shown straight to our table.The waitering staff and deputy manager Michael Thompson, were friendly and very accommodating to our dietry requests. As previous visits we have had excellent service both by staff and quality of the food. A very enjoyable experience.....thank you Michael

Went in for an early dinner at 11.30am, but were told they don't take orders for dinner until 12pm. We just sat at a table, had drinks and chatted for a bit so it wasn't a problem. I had macaroni cheese with bacon and my nephews ordered off the kids menu. Good selection on the kids menu, usually it's about four things, but there's had a much larger choice which was good. My Mum had the caeser salad. Food was very tasty and came in good time. The lady who served us was chatty, friendly and very smiley. Good experience all round.

Went today with my family, everything was spot on. Upon entry your greeted with a friendly face who takes you to a table. The place is spotless, the food is fantastic, and the service was excellent. Thank you for a lovely dining experience, this place is highly recommended indeed.

Phenomenal food and drinks. Amazing staff. Can't fault anything. A great evening for certain. Our server was Jack and he made the evening great!

Fantastic, friendly staff. Our waiter, Jack was fun, efficient and very helpful. Fries with cheese and bacon were delicious. Unfortunately the chicken burger not so delicious. The bun wasa bit dry and the chicken was well cooked but bland. Still a pleasant enough meal just not quite tip top.

Visited just after Christmas,Food was ok but it arrived only just warm, It was sat on the serving bench for a good 10 minutes before it was served.Was in a rush so did not complain.The waiter was excellent and was clearly under pressure.

Not the same place I've loved for years and years. Menu has changed which is fine you roll with it but you get used to things and I don't feel like there is as much choice anymore. Used to like getting a pitcher cocktail too and they have gone and I can't even get a Godfather in a glass! 😩Don't do my favourite burger so had to try recreate it but the burgers are still as juicy and the chips are delicious!!

We've eaten twice over the last couple of weeks at Frankie & Bennys under the Eat out to help out scheme. Both times the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Food and drink orders were taken without unnecessary delays and the food arrived hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean and social distancing was in place. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed meal out.
