Absolutely vile customer service, I ordered online and I knew with it being a Friday night it may take longer, but when Id rang it was over an hour and a half after I'd ordered the delivery, which was promised online for an hour, I called them there were swearing and aggressive over the phone and said its my problem that I ordered online it will take as long as it takes

Ordered 1 kebab 1 chicken nuggets and chips, said 60 mins, phoned up after 60mins…on its way…25 mins later not here, oh that’s Neil! He should have said we are making it! 95mins later, two starving kids it turns up. Surely it’s not that hard!

Food is lovely but unfortunately its a 1 star from me and won't be using again due to delivery times. Ordered previously and had to wait nearly 3 hours for delivery and was cold on arrival. Ordered again the other night and specifically asked how long for delivery (as we would have collected if it was going to be a while) was told 45 mins. 1 hr and 45 mins later rang to see where it was, wasn't even out for delivery. Could have collected it 20 mins after this time which I'm guessing it still hadn't been cooked. Ended up cancelling the order. Very hangry!

First time we used this take away as we are not local and WOW ! The food was lovely, hot and ready on time. The chicken donner was excellent. The only thing I would say is the portions are far too big. We had enough left over to feed another 2 people !

Not a regular takeaway person but would use this establishment again. Ordered 10pm on a Saturday evening and delivered within 40 mins. Gent on phone was very helpful and food was of a good standard and hot.

Been here 100s of times and the Calzones are absolutely beautiful! I've honestly never had nicer. Staff always friendly and happy to help when a problem arises. Burgers also nice too. Definitely my favourite takeaway! Only one small criticism, a few times my order has been forgotten but this is always rectified quickly and never causes a major issue, showing just how fantastic this place is.10/10

Ordered from here tonight. We ordered the 12” mixed Donner box meal, collected as we know deliveries take a long time over the weekend.Not good at all! A box full of greasy chips and Donner meat with fatty chicken bits.No salad?1 sauce?Paid extra for cheese even though cheese was suppose to come with it anyway?£18 for a box of grease soaked chips with a layer of greasy Donner meat.Disappointed to say the least.
