Fantastic meal and great value too! Even presented well on the plate. Highly recommended. Lovely welcome from front of house behind the bar as we entered. Great service from Greg who was attentive, polite and professional even though new to the role/trial. Keep up the great work 👍🏻

Was 100% better than when we went a few years ago. Was fresh clean and friendly. Good Was very nice staff very helpful. I had the ultimate sharer as main meal. I was stuffed couldn't eat it all. Only thing wrong. I didn't like the large nachos, more like eating fried pastry. Prefer proper ones. But overall had a nice meal. 🙂

I have never been so disappointed when it comes to hospitality. We came out as a family and our starter garlic mushrooms were over fried and had cauliflower on the plate. They then brought fish and chips out when my wife ordered scampi and said it was a replacement because they'd ran out of scampi. The lady Gabriella who brought it wouldn't accept my complaint and said that my wife would've been told at the till which she hadn't. She took the meal away and came back with only a refund. No apology or anything.

After my youngest grandchildren christening we went to the Riverside with everyone for a few drinks. They had a good play area for small children which was excellent for us because alot of our party had small children. The staff were friendly and helpful so our few drinks with friends and family was excellent.

Fantastic food and service. I had steak and chip's it was delicious, special shout out to Lorna brilliant service and couldn't do enough for us Thank you we will definitely be returning soon

Only took bookings, thought it was really silly to be honest with there being no reserved signs up on tables, plus everyone coming in didn't book either, so I thought it was pointless really. The young woman who told us we needed to book was very ignorant and showed poor customer service. I can understand why this pub now is very quiet, simply the pub is just turning very hungry customers away!

Honestly was served by the nicest lady who worked behind the bar.Nothing was too much trouble.The menu has changed and you no longer do a certain sauce.On saying to the lady behind the bar about this she then said I will askThe chef I'm sure we have some.Amazing service putting the customer first. 👏Food was lovely and realy good portions.We will be going there again soon I'm sure.😉🙂

Came here on the 14-3-22We was a party of 12 adults and 6 kids we rely enjoyed it we had a good night,And I want to say a big thankyou to the chef and staff., for there service. we all ordered food and it all came hot and very niceThank you so much great job guys,

Absolutely fabulous, we had gammon,peas,chips,egg and pineapple to eat, and it was absolutely fabulous, good price, will definitely be going time after time. 👍👍🍷

I come here regularly. Staff are always pleasant but I must give an extra shout out to Jordan. He is the only member of staff that has EVER asked if I would like fruit in my drink. He has extremely good customer service skills. Thank you Jordan. The food is always good too.
