KFC Canklow in Rotherham

The food , and most noticeably the chips were piping hot, the chicken was perfect , and the burger fillet was just right. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was spotless, well done to you all .5* .

We called in to this KFC on our way back home to London after watching the Rotherham v Charlton game. The restaurant was very easy to find, when in there we noticed the store was spotlessly clean, from the tables to the floor to the toilets. The food was really lovely, cooked just right, in fact it was so hot, we couldn't eat it all, so took it home. We have never had chips that hot before, and my wife said her fillet burger was the same. The staff were every pleasant, friendly and efficient, all in all it was one of the best KFC's we have been to , and we have been to loads. Well done to all concerned.Edited...After posting my review, I just read some other reviews, well the one from 4 months ago couldn't be further from the truth about ours.Either notice was taken and they bucked up 100% or he had a bad one off...I can honestly say our experience was 1st class..

Went through the drive thru. The assistant was really friendly. I ordered the tower burger meal, 1st time having that and it was delicious. I would order that again from the same restaurant because every time I have been to that one it's been lovely.

Chips was dry and warmed up hardly any chicken on hot wings zinger burger wasn't too bad but feel £8 something is a bit steep for what you get despite the quality there's only one winner and it wasn't me lol

Food was fast but not much taste to the chicken at all.its been 2 years since I had any KFC and the quaity has certany suffered in that time.

I use the drive thru facility, usually have to wait a few mins for order completion. Staff seem polite on window. The snack box is delicious and good value for money. Plenty of car spaces to park if dining inside. Toilets available, delivery services available when using app or phone call.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Got my food was very cold and was not what I ordered! Went back and told the lady working there and she ignored me twice. Slow workers and very arrogant especially the women working there. Never going there again I'm so disappointed. Staff here is so miserable, they don't know what they are doing. They need to be re-trained. We don't pay to have our food cold or wrong!

Wrong order received I had already drove off so didn't want to drive back. Food was nice but whoevers order I had needs to sort themselves out who orders a KFC without ordering gravy just crazy 😀

Always out of rice..... Might have to bring my own rice from tescos

Really clean building, friendly staff and food that looks like the pictures and not like the road accident style mcdonalds food down the road
