Kfc in Rotherham

Went in get food and I don’t normally go to kfc, asked politely what do they do staff member proceeded to talk rudely. She then tossed the straws at me instead of handing them to me and when i asked can I have the food in a bag she replied “ You asked to eat in” even though when ordering my food I wasn’t asked. She was rude and dismissive the whole time I was ordering. Terrible customer service from her.

Service at this KFC is absolutely awful the staff are rude no organisation not enough staff needs a real shake up

Visited the drive through twice and both times I couldn't fully understand the person speaking on the intercom .Costing more for something that I went in for .bad communication and it doesn't say what you have ordered or the price until you get to the till window.Not be useing again and I would not recommend

Took 3 grandkids for the first and last time ordered 2 chicken popcorn and chips milk shake? We dont do milkshakes icecream?we dont do ice cream 1 latte for me ? We dont do hot drinks ?? No wonder it was empty back to McDonalds

I have not really ventured inside but from occasions that I had it could have benefitted from better cleanliness in general in the public spaces and tables etc. Screens to order are hit and miss and one didn't work and was confirmed by a staff it hadn't worked a while after watching me fight with it. I do enjoy their food and never had an issue so far with it always piping hot and correct orders. Plentiful too. I'd happily continue to go but hope they up their cleanliness standards inside fix any faulty order machines and regular clean them due to how many hands use them. Toilets could also do with better regular cleans. And also small improvements on customer service skills.

Zinger tower was only luke warm & caused me to be sick as I can't eat cold chicken, there was no extra salsa as requested on zinger tower, the crushems are now half the size they used to be & they didn't put the lid on either of ours

Been here twice via drivethru. Both times mega slow and both times the girl at the window literally had no manner or customer service skills.Only giving 3 stars cos the food is always good.

Worst experience, no taste in food. Burger was overcooked. I ordered zinger burger which was just a fillet burger. Poor service they had no tissues or hand sanitizers. Also there is no free ketchup! Absolutely not recommended!

Got to be the worst KFC I have ever been to. *Staff have no customer service skills.*Order is wrong most of the time.*When you order something they never seem to have it.*Food at times cold.Just poor service all round.

Only really used the drive through at this location. Speed of service is very hit and miss. Sometimes it's a good speed but unfortunately quiet a lot of the time it does seem quiet slow. Staff are friendly. If service was quicker it'd get 5 stars.
