Lovely tea as that's all I had and service with a smile even though they where very busy X X

Right so i rated one star as I ordered via uber eats and was overall disappointed with this experience (Missing items & separate never showed up order). How ever I rang the store which told me to ring uber eats and I couldn't get through to them so I tried the store again. Speaking to the same guy i did each time I suggested going to the store to pick up my missing items. Now this is where Dylan the shift manager I spoke to went above and beyond to solve my issue. He replaced the missing items and gave us free desserts and a free mcspicy which are so tasty btw and he replaced the missing order that never showed and then completed all that with a with a taxi back to me destination. Credit to the store was so disappointed but not at the end of it all I was full of tasty food we actually got no thanks to uber eats. so big thanks to dylan hope ya see this keep up the good work Dylan lost my receipt so couldnt do mcfood thing.

There was rubbish all over. Tables full of trays and rubbish. I had to wipe my own table with some napkins. I asked for the toilet key as my 3year daughter needed it and was told there is someone already using it, we waited another 5 minutes an still no one had left the toilet so I asked a different staff member who came and opened it straight away so obviously the first staff member just couldn't be bothered to check and fobbed me off. Food was okay and correct temperature. I understand that there was something going off in the town centre with the football teams promotion parade but surely the managerment should check for things like this happening and get extra staff to accommodate the extra trade.

It was a lot later than I usely go in & it was BUSY & I was annoyed @ so many individuals why on earth can't they put their used items ie tray cups Burger wrappers in the trash bin it only take 2sec to put it in they walk right past the bins & after having their food & No Dought enjoyed what they've had why leave the RUBBISH for someone else to clean up the Employees work hard as it is so come folk play ur part & show some love & kindness make life easier for all & it's Not Just the YOUNG WHO Do it yesterday there was a oldish female say about 60/63 who Just got up & started to walk to the door So I just turned to her & said politely are you going to put ur RUBBISH in the bin & she Just looked @ me & said that's what the cleaners get paid for so I responded by saying its OK u have a Nice day u might need someone to help u one day & I put it in the bin !! The young girls on front of house already have a lot on their plates they go out of their way to Greet u & help u in this store anyway Bridgegate town kindness doesn't cost a lot 🖐🖐🖐

I don't go very often but we had a discount for a meal . We really enjoyed it . The only gripe we had was the length of time in the queue. The place was clean and staff vert efficient

It was so dirty i didn't get anything took a picture a little fly on the table with 2 hairs. The tables and floors where disgusting

I placed an order with this McDonald’s this morning whilst being in college. Took it back to the building as I had a lesson. I took a drink of the milkshake in which I ordered to find I had a bit of hard plastic in my drink. I didn’t have the time to take the food back to complain due to my lesson starting.

Waited ages to get served more bothered about getting deliiveries out than peopke in thecshop staff didnt have a clue what they wsre doing wont be back

Very clean, friendly staff, gets busy but that's typical McDonald's.
