McDonald's in Rotherham

Whilst the hash brown was crunchy, it wasn't very hot but didn't have any of those horrible black bits from the potato which is always a bonus. The sausage in the double sausage and egg McMuffin were a tad overcooked and the latte was a bit strong. One other thing was that the table wasn't wiped clean and it was pretty much empty so I'm not sure why it wasn't cleaned. Not sure I'll be going back any time soon.

This place can be good and bad it depends which is staff are on.The drive through breakfasts can be great one day, perfectly made buns soft sausage and eggs hot then the next day solid buns and it looks like it’s been thrown together, they never get the coffee orders right.If you walk in a breakfast time you can expect a 5 min wait whilst the chat and serve drive through customers before anyone realises your there

Never had any problem here, always busy - that’s not the staff’s fault. Went today and witnessed multiple entitled ‘Karens’ being vicious and rude over simple order mistakes which is highly likely when it’s busy. Felt super sorry for them and bothered me to witness it. Staff were all trying hard to rectify, despite having to put up with rude attitudes while trying to do their job.

When we ordered, there was something missing. The lady in the black blazer was loud and there were no trays that brought us food. There was no option to have table service since there were no numbers.

Been about twice now. Both times it’s been pretty busy and it’s a really small McDonald’s so not really many seats to spare. Forgot my friends order on the side for a long time which was the only problem I could find with this place. Food comes in good time and taste about what you expect from McDonald’s.

I have just visited McDonalds and assume I will be fined £50 for a 96 minute visit. I was not aware until I left the premises that you can only stay 90 minutes. I did not leave McDonalds! I was in the restaurant the whole time. Its disappointing that McDonalds don't allow more time and they have teamed up with such a money grabbing car park management company.

Seating indoors and out. Access for pushchairs and wheelchair.4 touch screens, on this visit 1 was not working, 5 ipdas in the kids section but not available at this visit.Everything else is what you expect to see at McD.Tables were a bit messy, no one seemed to be making any effort to clean them after customs had left.It was very busy for deliveries and this did seem to be the main priority for the staff here as a simple Big Mac n fries took about 15mins to prepare.Drive thru available, there are 2 disabled spaces just outside. Plenty of additional car parking spaces.Most people seemed to be eating in their cars rather than use the the restaurant.Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.

Large car park with numbered bays to collect your takeaway.Clean tables and clean toilets.Short wait for food.Food arrived hot and the order was correct.We’ll stock condiments area which was clean.Easy to use app to order food which you can adjust your individual burger add or take off the pickles etc5 stars all the way

My burger was cold and half assembled when it arrived lettuce only no bacon tomatoes or onion , so back it went . I got a replacement I a few minutes an apology and offer of a fresh drink .. Good service xx

Fillet of fish rock hard as though stood there for over an hour. Burger equally rubber. Don't do drive through at 4.45am they just give out what's left over. Fry's were nice and hot though
